I went to the pharmacy at 1:30 expecting to get my medication. They were close unfortunately due to everybody being on break at one time this was unfortunate for me. I couldn’t imagine being a mom trying to get medication for asthmatic child in an EMERGENCY!!! situation that can’t get medication because everybody’s on lunch break at one time, as time pass by, they finally opened up the pharmacy at two I was in line for least another 15 minutes. Got to the register ready to cash out and I was told I had to register my insurance card which is understandable. She told me to have a seat will be with you shortly and abrupt mannerism, this CVS is very unprofessional and unethical and poor customer and management!!! In my opinion the CVS deserves zero stars !!! and I am transferring my medication’s to another pharmacy all together.

You literally closed the pharmacy in my face as I yelled out I needed to pick up my prescription before you close...what if it was a matter of life and death??? You close 1:30p for lunch not 1:28....smh

I stopped by for a walk-in flu shot. There was only one pharmacist working, and she seemed pretty overworked. But I didn’t have to wait too long, and she was attentive and efficient. It was a good experience.

I booked my Covid booster the other day online. I got a confirmation from CVS that I was scheduled. Today I get a call that my insurance is declining the booster. First off that is not possible as CVS is the provider my insurance had on their website. We have great insurance. Second, even if you do not have insurance they are supposed to cover it. So I told the pharmacist I would call my insurance. I rebooked somewhere for tomorrow. I called back to cancel my reservation and the pharmacy said I do NOT have an appt. So why then did you call me this morning to tell me my insurance was not going through.I am glad I did not drive all the way there as it is not close to my house. Do better CVS in Monroe. I use the one near my house and never have any problems.

Absolutely terrible experience. Probably the laziest and rudest people that I've met in a target. They will never go above and beyond to help and only there to work against you. Lead pharmacist was rude and mouthy, when information was obtained that they needed they proceeded to ignore me and then tell me the information I got was wrong even though it was clearly correct. WILL NEVER GO BACK. P.S. if you're there for customer care and service and to provide, you should actually do what it takes to help in any way that is possible. Not ignore and decline customers away.

Cindy was extremely helpful and polite today when there were issues with my insurance company approving a prescription. Have always had a great experience with the customer service at this location!

Use them a lot with no problems. Also so called "Local Guide" Lyndsey Nance, the CVS is INSIDE the Target store.

Worst experience ever since it was taken over by CVS. I was told after waiting over an hour that my Insurance card subscriber number was wrong. They gave me some bedtime story that the numbers can change from year to year. I was then told they exhausted all their methods of confirming my insurance information. I was home 10 minutes and was able to confirm that the number was the same and all the information is the same. I have used Target Pharmacy for a 10 years. I never write reviews, but if I am that motivated to write this review there is something wrong there.You should take your prescriptions elsewhere. Here is a quick follow up. After I left Target, I went to Walgreens. I used the exact same insurance card. I had no issues.

Customer is NOT appreciated @ Target! Tried to explain to Customer Service that I was charged twice for SAME product, she advise would look @ video tape to see if it's true! With receipt in hand I requested Manager. She was worse! Would not give refund that they over charged ME for then when I asked for her Managers Name SHE REFUSED! Told me that it was Target policy Not to give out information!! I was burned by them before in Matthews, NC 2007 when cashier rang up my kids shoes using another tag from same shoe different size, took them home, they didn't fit my daughter, tried to bring them back to exchange or refund WITH RECEIPT.... nope they would not do either because cashier used different size shoe tag to ring it up. TIRED OF TARGET!!!
