Waiting time 90 minutes. I was informed to wait 60 minutes, then after 1 hr, lady told me still to wait another 30 minutes because the she did not even start on my prescription. Poor service. No customers, still you need to wait. Horror. After 90 minutes of waiting, another 10 minutes delay because a doctor did not include a number on prescription. So they call the doctor back. After 100 minutes, finally left pharmacy. Guy next to me was there 2hrs.

The Pharmacist stepped up and went above and beyond to get my Wife her critical medication when the CVS pharmacy that had already filled it but lost electricity due to a major storm. This could have, literally, been the difference between life and death for my Wife because she is on chemotherapy infusions for severe Systemic Lupus Erythematosis which causes her to have, almost, no immune system. Without this Pharmacist's help my Wife would have had to go to the Emergency Room during a major storm affecting the entire East Coast which would have further overloaded an already overloaded Emergency Room just for an antibiotic pill.

Yhanelly phamacy tech absolutely the rudest person to be working in a customer service position. I get customers can be rude also but there are some that aren’t. If you don’t like your job go somewhere else. Work in the back where you don’t have to put up with people. There is a sign that both lanes are open and you blatantly ignored the second line and walked away. You even checked with your mirror to see if anyone was coming or waiting in the first lane. Having a job now is tough but that attitude is disgraceful!

This pharmacy is MISGUIDED By Pharmacy Management, pharmacist are over paid and under serving our community. PTs are not certified by law, or directed properly by their “Managers” . If you need a job please help them. No one in this store is actually kind and hard working.The females Pharm Manager needs to be fired for communicating with those in need using “Like I said”.Clear everyone out and start over! Whole team is faulty

I've been using this pharmacy for well over 20 years. In the last few months, they've had terrible service. A male pharmacy tech couldn't answer a question I had regarding insurance and his response was "I don't know" and raised his shoulders, instead of seeking an answer. Most recently, Tiffany T. faxed a prescription to a pharmacy I have never heard of or used. And now that pharmacy states they don't have it. So essentially, my prescription is lost in limbo because of this pharmacy and pharmacy tech. They just keep telling me I need to call these other pharmacies, which I have been doing over the course of a week. They aren't willing to take responsibility for their mess up.

Only problem I have is the long wait at drive thru when the COVID test are being made. Sometimes ridiculously long and defeats the drive thru service

I will never go back. They texted me and said my script was ready. When I called she TASHA said it would be 1 hour. So I waited a hour and then when I got there she said I talk to you myself and told you 2 hours. Omg she argued with me back and forth. She said she was the lead person there. Very unprofessional. The girl Tasha is rude

I want to thank the manager William Sales (hope I spelled it correctly) for his amazing above and beyond customer service! One day I came in and he led me right to what I was looking for and the next day he assisted me so kindly for a mistake on my part. Everytime I go in, he is always so quick and willing to help. Thank you for all you do! And thank you to Hailey for her great customer service as well!
