All aspects of our move from our home into storage were great. From the time that we first contacted Citywide to get estimates through loading our belongings onto the moving truck, all staff members were friendly and professional. Rhonda was always friendly and courteous when planning and estimating our move. Also, Jason and his team were fast and efficient in loading our belongings and took very good care of all of our belongings. We would highly recommend Citywide moving Systems based on our experience with them so far.

Jason and his crew did an amazing job moving my family. They were efficient in the move and had a white glove approach to loading and unloading my belongings. I highly recommend them for anyone moving.

Bruce, Jake and Matt were exceptional movers! Everything was explained thoroughly beforehand and they were not only careful with my furniture but they were efficient and friendly! I will hire them for any of my future moves, Thank guys!

Jason and his team moved me twice within 4 months. They took the time need to move my furniture without any damage to it and was very professional during the entire move. I highly recommend him and his crew.

This was the second time using Citywide, and I was not disappointed. They did an outstanding job. There was not one scratch or nick on a wall or piece of furniture. They were on time and very fast but careful. I also found their price to be on the low/fair side of things. I highly recommend this company.

I have moved several times and this was by far the best moving experience! The office was great to work with. Setting up my move was easy. They confirmed a few days in advance & the team showed up on time.Bruce, Tommy & Dominic were fantastic! They were friendly & engaging, they were great communicators and they worked together so well! Everyone knew what they were doing and where they needed to be. It was fast & efficient + all of my stuff was very carefully cared for.If I ever move again, I will definitely reach out to Citywide & am sharing my experience with all of my friends!!

I called to get a quote from this place to move an upright piano and they quoted me $450. I said I would think about it and they said to call back if I was still interested. Called back today and the Lu quoted me $700. Be careful with this place, some of their sales people will try to gouge you.

We had a great experience with Jason and his team. Everything was loaded in a short amount of time, and the entire team was very polite and eager to please us. Delivery also went very smoothly. We appreciated the fact that we saw no damage. Everything was placed where we needed it and we’re feeling at home in the new place already.

We had a great experience with Citywide Movers! It was my first time hiring movers (my partner has experience with others) and they were wonderful! Will, Terry and Tyler were amazing!!! Professional, fast, and careful! They treated us and our things with the utmost respect. They even took care to protect our things from the rain. If I move again, I’ll definitely look to them for help.

Citywide was highly recommended by my realtor. And now I know why. Jason and his team (Wayne, Jeff , Xavier) were awesome. Came in the first day and quickly and efficiently packed up the townhome for the move to the new house. Very professional and extremely detailed in the packing. Next day came in to load up the boxes and furniture. Again, very efficient and great work ethic. They didn’t mess around and completed the live in 8 hours or so.Even the placement of furniture and boxes was done with thoughtfulness in getting everything in the right place. All left for me was to unpack. I would highly recommend Jason, the team and Citywide Moving. Hands down the best experience in moving.

I recently contacted Citywide Moving Systems about moving a piano and a large, heavy china cabinet from Raleigh to Charlotte. My experience with the office team was great! They responded to me quickly and I had an estimate the next day. Very professional and friendly. The move was scheduled for the following week. The men handling the move were wonderful! They arrived on time and treated both me and my property with respect. They knew exactly what they were doing and got everything in place in perfect condition. They were friendly and polite, and I appreciate their hard work! I absolutely recommend this team for any of your moving needs! Thanks, Citywide!

These guys were great! They moved us from Concord, NC to outside of Fredericksburg, VA. Packed one day, loaded the next delivered the 4th day. Same guys loaded and delivered, our things never left that truck. Antiques and good furniture came out without a scratch. I highly recommend them.

Jason and his crew have taken great care of us during the first phase of our move. Later when they deliver our belongings I can complete my review. So far I am very happy with the progress we have made. I’ve felt like our team has listened to our concerns and have been very responsive, supportive, and helpful.
