In the beginning of 2023 I brought a car for work that has given me so much trouble. It has put me down twice in the middle of traffic. The silver lining in all this was City Tire Towing they showed up the first time within 20 minutes their pricing was reasonable especially for a single parent like myself. The second my car put me down on Christmas Eve they worked with me around the holiday and picked up my car for me. When communicating with them it felt like I was communicating with family. They will always be at the top of my list.

City Tire Towing saved the day for me when I had two flat tires while out for a fun day with my daughter. He rescued us quickly, took our car to the shop, gave us a ride, and helped this bad experience not ruin the whole day.

My truck broke down around 7 pm. I thought I was screwed. I called Joel, worked things out with him, and he went out of his way to help me and my family. Joel even got in contact with a local mechanic to fix my truck. Genuinely, the best experience I've had with any service.

I highly recommend City Tire Towing. I called early morning needing a tow to my dealership. While taking to Joel he gave me an estimated time for pick up, but had to pick up another car from a wreck, he made sure he kept me in the loop about the new estimated time of arrival. Even with that he was still here with in the ETA . He was professional , personable and really showed he cared about helping me. As soon as my car was dropped off he called to confirm. I can’t say enough about his great customer service. I really appreciate great customer service as I find it hard to find these days!Service: Car towing
