Walked in to get a drink cashier w pink hair didn't say hi or even acknowledged me. Said hi to everyone one else. Idk if it was cuz I'm Hispanic but even when I paid didn't tell me my total she was tryna open some other person's water bottle I paid and still didn't say a word.. rude af oh the coke was nothing but foam

I guess ass-ociate that was working is too thick in the skull to understand . Loves to argue about doing her job. No paper towels No sanitizer Feces on bathroom wall and toilet Her attitude stunk more than the bathroom. Flicked her off and she Flicked me off right back. She also told me I don't work there if I had a GED I would and do a better job too

Just left here. Savonne wouldn’t honor a listed coupon on her rack because the register “didn’t do it for her” (I’ve worked for gas stations lmao. Untrue). Then she told me they can’t do refunds for ebt, because “the government wont refund my money” (absolutely also untrue). Not sure where she got that from, not arguing with her. But I’m reporting this to SNAP shortly. Feel free to reach out.

Cashier told me the system was down so I put My stuff back and was walking to the door. As he was letting me out he judged me for buying my father in law bud lights that he requested I pick him up. He told me I needed to get out anyways. SMH this store needs new staff.

Not the friendliest gas station. Also don't buy your smokes at this one because you will pay about $2 more (on the 2 pack deal), even with your fuel rewards card.

Terrible customer service. Very disrespectful! Was told by an associate that refused to honor the price of an item that was clearly on the shelf at that price with. No problem, went and got a different item and reiterated that the first item was priced wrong according to the label vs when it was rang up. He made the comment idc I don't have to honor any price they do, and pointed to his manager who began to laugh. I said well actually you work for this company so you represent it and do have to honor it, I've worked at circkle k before I know this. He said " Idon't have to do anyrhing your not ripping me off". As if I planned to have my item ring up 60 cents more than what the label price said. I just turned around and walked out replying, lose the attitude. I will never go to this store again

Good place for gas off of Old Charlotte hwy, as there aren't many other choices in this area. Friendly staff and average gas prices. They also sell lottery tickets here.
