My vehicle had three issues I wanted examined. The dealership identified one but still charged me for examining 3. There's no notes, no proof of even looking at one item, just a line item for $198. It was a waste of time and money. I will never go there again for anything. The sales staff wasn't even interested in selling me a car, they made little to no effort.

There really should be an option for a zero rating here - as 1 star is too many in this case.
Please stay clear of the service department at this location. I brought my wife's vehicle in for a recall a few months back and also did an oil change. During that visit we asked them to replace air filter. They did not have that in stock, and asked me to pay for it then and they would call me when it came in and then I could come back to have it installed for free. That call never came.
Low and behold, this past week the check engine light came on again. We took it to our mechanic and the code was the same as the last time with the recall we thought had been fixed. So i schedule an apt with them online and we brought the vehicle back to this dealership. When my wife showed up - the stated that they had no record of us having an apt that day - and then told her they had no record of working on our vehicle. So clearly someone had just cleared the code out on the last visit. Then they stated they could "squeeze her in" for $230 just to look at the issue. What a joke!
The only fortunate thing that happened was that they did issue the refund for the air filter that they never installed. We will literally never set foot on this property again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR ANY DODGE.
I purchased a 2021 Dodge Charger GT in 2021 brand new from this dealership.
At 30,120 miles the transmission went slap out. the gears wouldn’t shift. I took it to albemarle dodge to have it replaced and they took exactly 28 days. He was without a car and had to go to work. Repair work was done in albemarle dealership.
At 51,000 miles, the break caliber went out. The wheels were worn torn to nothing. That took 3 days to replace. It was covered under factory warranty as well. dodge didn’t want to replace the tire that got wore out from the break caliber. They pulled a technicality and said it was “wear and tear” when the tech said it wasn’t, it was from the break caliber. repair work was done in albemarle dealership.
Now, today, at 61,000 miles the transmission went out again. It will not be covered under lemon law cause it hasn’t went out 4 times in 24 months. but maybe it will. I have all the pictures, maintenance receipts etc. work will be done at the original dealer it was purchased from. Indian Trail Capital Chrysler.
Indian Trail dodge sells lemons. I’m going to go to court to fight this and don’t care if i lose. it’s not the money, it’s the principle.
If they dealt business in good faith, they’d take that care back under them and exchange it but they won’t & I'm not even going to ask. I’m going to upload all pictures tomorrow.

Had a wonderful time purchasing a vehicle from Kim. My husband and I purchased a brand new Ram TRX Final Edition from her. She was kind and professional the whole time. Never pushy or being the typical salesperson. This was very much appreciated, as my husband has bought numerous vehicles through the years (51 to be exact) and has seen it all. Just straight to the point and enjoyable. The way you should feel when purchasing the second most expensive thing most people will ever buy other than a house. Once again Thank You Kim!

What a waste of time !!! Get an appointment over the phone and come to said appointment just for them to say they don’t do anything at the appointment but setup another appointment for you to come back and then they will actually look at your vehicle in a week!! Mr. Wagner was zero help service department is lacking. Called Hendrick Jeep dodge in concord they said come right in and they looked at it within 15 minutes of getting there and said they will have it fixed the same day. Save your time and make the trip to Hendrick dodge jeep in concord . I have read your response and you have my phone number feel free to call me

Chris in the service department is amazing to work with, and helped keep me informed when waiting on a part to come in and during service and follow-up. He made sure to call every 2-3 days to give me an update. Always very professional and will keep me coming here for service for a long time!

Basically they sell cars they don't know how to fix electrical issues on. I would not recommend the extended warranty they sale, or the VIP package because it's hard enough getting regular warranty work taken care of. New car, not a year old, a little over 5k miles. Contacting the NHTSA, FTC, NCDOJ consumer division, the DOT, Tk's garage, OC motivator, and some other prominent youtubers that are consumer advocates. Anyone thinking about a CDJR Stellantis product should watch TK's garage, OC motivator, and Butta da insider on YouTube before making a purchase. A two hour job turned into two days without giving me a loaner car to drive. Said they didn't have any. A car lot with no cars. You read that right, folks. Seemed like you had plenty catching lot rot... Would compare to a dumpster fire, but people can usually figure out how to put those out... Oh yeah trunk lid liner loose. Went first to last in JD power for a reason. I thought that I had found "my" dealership. I was a potential returning customer who had spoken highly of this dealership, before this issue with the service department. Losing potential long term customers does not seem a great business model. Thought that we had resolved this issue, but when I called to bring my car in, radio silence. No response to emails as well, when I was told to let them know what works for me. This car is dangerous... It is my daily driver... I just want my car fixed from who I bought it from... I thought that we had resolved this issue amicably.

Mike Peneger and Harvey Hunt are by far the rudest, disrespectful people in customer service that I've ever came across in my life, Harvey Hunt cheered about the fact that my car wouldn't be covered by Member Care Driver Protection( I had spoken with them earlier and they said my warranty WOULD cover my transmission for car) when I asked him why would he cheer about that, his response was "because they're a pain in my butt", and that's not even the shadyest thing he said in my 2 encounters with him at Dodge, I asked for a manager which was Mike Peneger, and when telling him about Harvey's attitude, this man paid me absolutely NO MIND AT ALL, he was very nonchalant about the situation and didn't even look at me, he looked at everybody else. I really wish I would've been recording our conversation but I only got the ending of it. I called the store back too tell them both, THAT HARVEY WAS A LIE, MY WARRANTY DOES COVER MY TRANSMISSION, I CALLED THE PEOPLE BACK JUST TOO VERIFY WHAT THEY HAD ALREADY TOLD ME. MY first encounter with Harvey he over charged me, when I took my car too another shop and showed them my receipt, they said it was a rip off, I took my car there for an inspection, end up spending over $600 and still Harvey wouldn't pass my car after I had paid for everything he said I needed.

Kim was my sales lady and she was absolutely amazing!!!, I told her what I was looking for, gave me my opinions and told me everything about the vehicles, did not try to change my mind on what I wanted!!, Gave me the best prices and best vehicle for the money!!!!,
She was absolutely the best!!!!, I would recommend her to everyone!!! That needs a used or new vehicle!!!, hands down!!!
