mr. Jim came to where my vehicle was located at my girlfriend's house. Mr. Jim was , very pleasant and professional. My vehicle was in a pickle, parked in a bad location, but he took the time to help me and he treated it as if it were his own. I couldn't think of a better company that I would place my vehicle with. Prices was also outstanding couldn't have gotten a better price.

I don't wanna ever ever use them again bc I asked them to tow my car right. Ok so then they got my care and stole stuff out of it the value of the stuff was like 10s of 100 $s of stuff

Called Chris on such a short notice and was able to help tow my vehicle to a shop to do repairs, even though it was a distance away he gave me a reasonable quote and was punctual to pick up the car. Will definitely contact him again if I require a towing service.

This company is excellent. They were on time and worked with me on a time to pick up my vehicle. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and professional. Very reasonable as well compared to other companies. I would highly recommend them.

Chris was very professional, on time, and offered the best price out of 5 different places that I called. A very honest business owner and I will be recommending him to anyone else who needs a tow. He used a rollback to effortlessly get beneath my low profile BMW 330CI and tow it up. There was not a question if there was any damages or anything because of how good Chris was at managing the tow. Thanks again Chris.

We call Jim every time we need a tow (which surprisingly for us is 5-7 times a year lol). Jim treats us like family and always jumps right up to give us a tow. Excellent honest service!

Wheel baring gave out on our F350 in Waynesville, NC, not only did they come get out truck, hauled back 175 miles 1 way, but stopped by our house and loaded up our denali and brought with him and we continued on our trip. HIGHLY recommend, very prompt, professional and personable!

My wife and I have both used Chris. I had a head gasket blow on my wife's Prius. Chris took the time to listen to the car and told her he thought it was a head gasket. He was right! He also recommend a good shop.Thanks Chris!
