I can't say better things about the owner, Duke, his family, and their dealership. The reason I decided to buy a car from them is because my dad had previously bought two different cars from Charlotte Auto Group and highly recommended them. The family who owns and works at the dealership are really such wonderful people. They made my whole experience of buying a car so easy and comfortable. I had a minor issue about a month after purchasing my car and when I called Duke, he made himself available that same day to look at it and went above and beyond to fix the problem right away. I also loved that the family sent out a very nice Holiday card/email to all their customers that showed just how much they care about and enjoy running their business. They make it a wonderful and personal experience. Thank you so much again, Charlotte Auto Group!

From the first phone call to driving our daughter’s new car off the lot, the service was great. Cooper and Michelle were very busy helping as many people as possible without losing focus on the customer they were directly involved with. Very relaxed environment. Highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a used vehicle.

This was my absolute favorite experience buying a car. I felt well taken care of, zero pressure - only friendliness and helpful staff. Cooper, Cody, and Michelle crushed it. Duke was kind and helpful to my spouse as we researched. These are people who care for people, and it shows in why they do and how they do it. We will look here first whenever we need another car.

Edit: All of this is true despite the dealer's below response calling me a liar. The dealer's response is filled with untruths. My mistake was trusting Charlotte Auto Group and not getting car checked out independently. I was dissatisfied the day I bought the car home and it leaked all transmission fluid all over the driveway. The owner was downright rude and defensive when I called and politely asked what they could do to help. They told me to go to his buddy at the Honda dealer since no other mechanic near my house would bother with the useless extended warranty they sell. I did go to the Honda despite the below response stating the I refused because it was 150 miles away. I am now living in this vehicle and lost my job since I needed a vehicle for work. It took 7 weeks and $7000 to get the vehicle they sold me driveable. You can also see below the the maintenance problems I inherited were the fault of the previous owners. So admittedly, they sold me a poorly maintained vehicle. So yes, I made a mistake; I trusted the shoddy warranty, sustainablility of a long term family business and the 5 star reviews, but Duke and family are classic scamming car dealers."All these cars leak" "We don't have time to check these cars" (Charlotte Auto group owner, Duke) after I called to complain that my recently purchased vehicle needed $7000 in maintenance after a brief 30 min inspection by Honda mechanic. The extended warranty doesn't cover anything. It maxes out at $2000 and denied covering my transmission replacement($5000). No mechanic will take it and it won't cover all the neglected maintenance. My car was 40k miles over on timing belt; Duke's response:"Did anyone tell you it came with a properly maintained timing belt?" The Honda mechanic said the fluids, judging by colour, were way overdue for changing also. Worst dealer experience ever, buyer beware not to be trusted.

I have never bought from a small dealership before so I was hesitant. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Cody was very patient with us as we had the car checked out by a local mechanic. Cody also helped us with financing and we just overall enjoyed the whole process. I will buy from them again!

This dealership is top notch all the way. They are the friendliest group of people and family owned and operated. They take pride in their business and it shows as soon as you arrive. Inventory selection is great and their cars are all in top shape. I would highly recommend visiting with them if you are considering a new car, you will not be disappointed!

The BEST car buying experience EVER.From the time we arrived, I knew this small, family owned/operated business was going to surpass our expectations. We weren’t chased down like every other place—rather we were able to browse the lot and discuss vehicles amongst ourselves to pursue looking further into. Cody and his brother were awesome! From test drives to paperwork, and even picking us up after selling our other vehicle locally, WOW. Cody even went to purchase us new wipers for our rainy ride home in our new Honda Pilot.As long as I’m living in the Carolinas, or even close, I will be back for repeat business and also refer my friends and family. Please read this before you buy something from this dealership. I bought a car from Charlotte Auto Group on March 17th, 2023. As everyone mentioned here in feedbacks they are nice well because you buy a car from them well above the market price. But honest businesses are not assessed according to sales but how they handle the issues right? The car this dealership sold me turned out to be faulty which was confirmed by official Honda Service of Indian Trail. I understand that they might not know about it but I hesitate to vouch for them. The heck engine light came on the very NEXT DAY I purchased it. I contacted them and tried to resolve the issue and they tried to fix the issue but unfortunately it is still not resolved to this day. I took this car to service 4 times with the same issue after every time they “fixed” it. To my request to find a solution to this issue they responded “ you bought this car as is and go find solution yourself “ So please be careful and know how they behave in these situations. Keep away from Charlotte Auto Group go buy your car from official dealerships.

My husband and I called charlotte Auto Sales about a listed 2015 Honda. Went to see it right away. they stayed open for us past 5:30. the car was parked in front, waiting! They let us take it for a test drive and gave us all of the past owner information. They are a wonderful family business that answered all of our questions. We loved the car and bought it the next day! The price was a good price for the Pilot, we have viewed several online. I didn't feel like I was at a dealership at all, they were so personable! Yes, we would buy from them again!!! Great experience! Thank you!
