“Really enjoy this car wash. Started the monthly package yesterday and the man who set me up was professional, had to call back up there after leaving because I forgot to write down all of my information and he was helpful in getting me squared away. I would recommend this wash and plan on adding my other vehicles to the monthly plan. His customer service should be recognized.”

“FIVE STARS TO AUTOBELL IN INDIAN TRAIL!!!I just left the Autobell in Charlotte on Monroe Road and the service was not up to par at all. I had to drive to the other Autobell on old Monroe Road in Indian Trail, and the manager there Hannah, took care of me! They hardly did any armor all inside, the floors were not vacuumed, they barely did my tire shine, and my windows were all smeared. I had to even tell them to wipe the trunk and back of my vehicle down because it was still wet! Frustrated, I brought my vehicle here to Hannah and told her I just left the Autobell by Animal Medical Hospital on Monroe and this is what I got. Even the insides of the doors were not armor all’d, nor was there any evidence of them being wiped down. From now on the auto on Old Monroe Road in Indian Trail Will now be where I go from now on! Great job Team, and thank you Hannah! This is what Customer Service is supposed to be like!”

“I am not from here but needed an emergency interior detailing because of vomit. Dominique took great care in not only cleaning up the mess but ensuring that there was no trace of it ever happening. My car looked and smelled like when I bought it. Not to mention, Dominique and Terry are the nicest guys ever. They chatted with me and asked me if I needed anything to drink while I waited. Very awesome guys that do an exceptional job! Like I said, I'm not from here but maybe I'll need to make the trip back for a detail every now and then. Thanks Dominique!”
