*** ATTENTION *** CONTACT ME *** LETS COME TOGETHER ***Hello, I feel bad for those that have to experience these predatory lenders. They prey over those that comes with an positive energy that this company would or could take them to the next level as building a true and genuine relationship. Most of all making sure they are in good conditional cars to really be safe and comfortable with your financial decision. We all have come to realize that they have a strategy when it comes to the phone call to inquire, to the greeting, to the contract, to the purchase, to the experience with the vehicle, payment and arrangement's, and most of all the true commitment to the humanity of our communities.I had my experience in 2020-2021, I came excited about my purchase from CARBYU and I was pleased. Until, I was harassed every nine days about a payment. I had to get a cease and desist because they stated they couldn't change the due date. Somehow they took an down payment and set me up for a payment the same week. Which looked like I wasn't making my payment on time. Deeply feel that they set me up for failure, no empathy at all. They didn't have my best interest at all. I was pulled over by the cops twice in two weeks for a tag they provided that was registered to a Black Jeep Cherokee and I had a Red Buick. Later on my financial advise realized they set me up with a balloon contract and those that know that terminology knows. Eventually we began to talk and ask questions to Sara or Cassandra or whomever knew about the contract to get it rectified. For those that don't know YES they are rude when you began gain knowledge. They repossessed my car a day before a payment arrangement because they knew the contract was predatory, also a year to date of my original purchase. Then called Patriot for my refund from GAP insurance they said I was to get refunded 570.82 and they stated that I had to contact CARBYU. After about 2 weeks of no response I was told that I wasn't eligible because the car was repossessed. No one in the car business has heard of that process. When it came to the numbers from my advisor stand point stated that the numbers didn't balance. Because at one point in my life I didn't know any better. Young and being eager to stay progressive in life. They never discuss the full accolades they just take your money and wish you the best. ** PLEASE BE ADVISED ** Have a advisor that can thoroughly read your contract or submit it to an attorney. They know if you fail that they can sell your debt and still set themselves up for financial gain for the company's future and flip any car 5 times within a year. ** DONT BE THE NEXT FLIP ** They reported my repo two year later from 2021 and now in 2024. Which could have hindered my credit. Overall, now is the time to sit back and focus on the right.

Don't even bother with this place. Super trashy place with junky cars. The sold me a car with an odometer reading of 30k but actually was over 90k. I didn't read all the paperwork they had me in there 3 hours even though I had my own financing so I signed quickly my mistake. They knew what they were doingbecause it was priced as a 30k car. So I lost $15000 once I figured out the car was a rebuild when I took it to Infiniti dealership. Trash place with trash people.
