This is by far the best mechanic shop in Monroe and possibly Charlotte area!! They go above and beyond and have a great attitude doing it! Also the most reasonable prices I have seen here in NC. Highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs!

Everytime I bring my car in for repairs, they always make sure it's fixed the first time and I don't have to come back for the same problem, their prices are very fair and the mechanics will explain everything to you.....they are fair and honest.

I absolutely want to give this company 10 stars if I could! I brought my car in on a Friday for a little humming noise that I noticed. They as many others would diagnosed it as possibly a front right wheel bearing,! They changed the wheel bearing and we noticed that the sound was still there. They had me come back in the next day, and they spent many many man hours, putting in another front right wheel, bearing at their own expense. The noise was still there. The owner actually went above, and beyond calling a Nissan dealership, which of course she ended up ordering the OEM Nissan front right wheel bearing part, AT HER OWN EXPENSE , thinking that could be the problem. Her workers spent many MORE man hours on my car, and that ended up not solving that little hum problem either. The little humming noise seems to be coming from possibly something internal after which she spent many more hours actually driving my car herself to a trusted mechanic. All in all her business and her staff spent many many man hours on my car and did everything humanly possible to find out the source of that little hum! They graciously refunded, every single penny of the money that I had originally given them to fix the wheel bearing, but again went above, and beyond using many many hours of man time, AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE trying to help me solve the problem. I have since brought it to another extremely reputable mechanic, which all say my car is very safe to drive and they also cannot find the source of the humming. We definitely know it is not a front right wheel bearing lol. I cannot give this company and Teresa the owner enough props, and thanks for doing EVERYTHING she did to try to help me and going absolutely above and beyond, jumping through hoops, and then refunding all of my money when they couldn’t solve the problem! I highly highly highly recommend and trust this company wholeheartedly!… If you have any problems with your car, definitely take it to them!!! Very trust worthy and that’s exactly what I was looking for! THANKYOU!!!! ?❤️?

I have an older car. Things need replacing. I can always count on their service when things stop working!! They are always quick with repairs. I have never had to leave my car. And my wait time has never been more than an hr to an hr. and a half. They are great!!
