I came late at 1:30 and tried to buy some snacks like a normal person and used my debit card, my wifes debit card, and my credit card and they all declined and the cashier wants to act like its my fault and was not helpful at all trying to say it was my cards when I just used them 30 minutes ago at another place. The experience was not helpful and I don't understand why I couldn't get some type of common courtesy when it was late and the store was empty. The cashier did not try a different card reader and acted like the whole system was messed up like I'm stupid. Im glad i did not spend my money. I will have revenge!

I used to frequent here, now I will never come back, I have never felt so disrespected in my life. One of the attendants a very rude young man with pink lipstick is horrible. I mean a very rude and ugly person on the inside. If you hate your job FIND ANOTHER ONE! Nobody is making you come to work! Especially if you’re going to have a nasty attitude with the people that are paying your hours worth of work in the store on food, gas, headphones or whatever. I will never send another truck I own here to purchase anything, just so me and my workers can be treated rudely and without respect. I’ll tell them to drive the 15 miles to the Loves or pilot. Can’t even support small business. And I’m sure me not frequenting won’t close this store down, but the rude cashier “Zameny” will definitely play a part in ppl not coming back.
Also, the showers could be better, buts it’s 5 dollars, and the store could be updated, but other than that I’ve never had a single problem with any other attendant in this store. NEVER but it’s takes one bad apple to spoil the whole bunch.
As far as policy if you have a policy on something, please have it posted or labeled somewhere clearly that customer can see and adhere to the policy. Can’t bring something up for a customer to follow the rules and you don’t have the rules posted that ludicrous

Stop to get air gas an a shower an the lady tells me she can't let me show because she has no one to clean them so I offered to clean the shower before I use it an she refused but you standing around doing nothing so why couldn't you go clean the showers for me to use an to top it off they are the only ones around with a shower so thank you so much I sure will not be refuring your store to anyone.Thanks Robin Frame

Used to be a fantastic place with Absolutely wonderful people working there. Now...... I re wrote this review three times because I felt I was being too mean but the staff is the WORST. They can't take people in order. They don't finish one transaction before moving to another. They ignore questions. Get the wrong things you ask for and can't even competently work their registers. Customer service is just that. SERVICE. If you can't do it. Then leave the profession. As someone who's worked in customer service retail for over 20 years I'm appaled at what that stores become now. They act like your inconveniencing them when it's the customer being inconvenienced by a poorly trained individual who should have been fired long ago. Horrible. Don't go if you don't have to. The QT down the street is probably the best choice with wonderful staff and a clean well stocked environment

Horrible this gas station there is always theft going on ,the police in Monroe do not work to make a report she says this is a private parking lot we can’t do anything the parking lot ,,is always overcrowded Regularly block parking spaces and it’s impossible for the owner of this gas station to leave anyway the main thing for him is money !!!!! He don t care customer !!!!

Very cheap gas and was able to pay using the bpme rewards, so even cheaper gas.
