Please check food or snack items. Even for people trying to buy halal snacks. Bought expired candy’s for my kids. Been expired for over two months brought it back. Petty employee or owner. Did not informed me that he adjusted my summary with the money back. All the other candy’s looks of colored or are expired. Sneaky folks feels not comfortable to go over there unless I have to. No apologies or else when I had to come back to return he was petty about cents when you weren’t when selling me expired products and for my kids ( toddlers) Shame!!

Wish I could give minus a star. I will never use this location again after today. I was there getting gas and lottery tickets when an elderly woman pulled up to a pump, went inside and paid. Unfortunately she told the man behind the counter the wrong pump #, and yes I realize it was her error HOWEVER she waselderly and made an error. She came back inside to explain what happened but the pump she paid for someone had already come pumped the gas and took off. The man behind the counter had 0 empathy for the lady. Refused to help her or let her get gas. I tried to tell him he was wrong for that and he then yelled at me to mind my own business. Well BP and you sir it is my business how you treat our elders. This was abominable behavior. Completely inexcusable, the lady left without her money or her gas.Never will you get a dime from me or anyone I know and I will be sharing this experience among all my social platforms as well, to make sure people know how yall out here treating our grandma's. Shame on you!! Happened today 11/20 around 430 pm... Your worker needs some home training

Never know if store is opened or closed. Half time when I go there it’s closed or they do t have what I need. Never have propane and gas seems to be way more priced than others down 74 more.

This is a cash only establishment...they have a card swipe at the register but it doesn't work..so you have to pay an extra 2 to 3 dollars to use the atm to then make your purchase. The cashier is combative and would rather argue with you instead of apologizing for their equipment...Customer Service sucks...

I live five minutes away from this gas station but I drive to one that fifthteen minutes away. I do this because this gas station is always a higher price than anywhere else in Monroe. Trust me. Always. They are too cheap to lower the prices... The other thing is every time I put my gas here (when I used to) the nozzle would always stop pumping, so when I when I would finish I would turn on my car and instead of going up to a full tank it would barely go up to 1/2 of my tank. This hasn't happened one or twice here but every time I go. So I stopped going.
