Terrible customer service. The clerk told me that boost has bad service but yet she still owns one of their franchises. She does not care about customers only cares about the money they spend. She is rude. Spends more time on her phone than with helping customers. Sold me a case that when I try and turn up volume on phone it turns it down. Update: If you truly want me to come back how about trying to write a response in your own words instead of some generic response that was generated by a computer. That action is nothing but an insult to me and shows you don't care. Please do not spend another penny at this location.

Paid for a phone with no charger that was already opened when it came from the back. Also got charged a extra $26 because the cashier messed up then insisted we put it to our next bill and only $20 went towards the bill. The other boost mobile explained there was a extra $30 charged to us too. Then when we went back to try and see why we got charged so much they switched and said they only charged us $23 and that the extra $3 was for the service fee. Worst customer service ever!!
