Real customer service has went to hell. The real concern for keeping a customers car on the road is gone. This location is more concerned about their own personal lives than the customer. There was no sense of urgency to fix my vehicle. It took forever for the individual to even put my request in once I paid I was not able to get my vehicle fixed the same day. The shop had 3 hours left before closing. My vehicle repair would have taken approximately 2.5 hours to do. I was told to come back the next day. I lost time and money because real customer doesn’t exist at some businesses anymore but I thank you for fixing my car but I hope I never have to return to your location. If for some reason. I hope I can receive real customer service.
