I am a home health RN who got caught in a bad storm which caused a lot of flooding during my shift. I crossed an area of deep water that must of had some debris that tore the shield off the bottom of my Honda Civic. I desperately tried to find a body shop who would help me at 5p. Sam at Big Brother Collision offered to help. They were my knights in shining armor. I highly recommend them. I will be doing future business with them. Awesome people!

These guys are great. They did a whole car paint job with minor bumper repair. The car looks brand new! They give accurate estimates and keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle. My job was completed before the promised time. They are friendly, honest, and hard working. I will use Big Brothers Collision only for any future bodywork and paint needs I may have and will tell everyone I know to do the same. Thanks for your great work.

I can't speak highly enough about everyone at Big Brothers. Their attentive service and willingness to get the part I needed and do one incredible job on the repair. It all looked brand new (and done in a timely manner). I want to point out that Samantha was particularly helpful along with everyone else. I had no idea when I was referred to Big Brothers that I would end up being grateful for the experience.

My 2007 Lexus LS460 was hit by another driver and the insurance company wanted to total my car. The estimates I received from collision shops in Charlotte was more than the insurance company was willing to pay out. Big Brothers Collison Center, did the work for a fair price, the quality of work is top notch and timely. They allowed me to keep driving my car with 267,000 miles on it. I would recommend them to anyone based on quality, timeliness of the repair and a fair price. Thanks to Big Brothers Collision Center I can still keep driving my car and if looks great.

Big Brothers was amazing. My car needed both mechanic and body work. The car was towed to Big Brothers, and Paco made all the arrangements to have the mechanic work on the car while Paco and his team at big brothers ordered the necessary parts, and painted the bumper.As soon as the mechanic finished Big Brothers finished the body work in just a couple of days.Very quick quality service.Thank you Big Brothers!Service: Body & Trim

Big Brothers did an AMAZING job fixing my car - it looks nicer than it did before the accident that destroyed my bumper. The employees and owners are all extremely kind, and easy to talk to. They even vacuumed out my car for me! I will absolutely return here if I ever have another problem with my vehicle.
