I like Belks but wish they didn't cater so much to the elderly clients and plus sizes. What happened to New Dimensions? Tommy Hilfiger, just to name a few. The selection for size Medium is rare to find, but there's always XL, XXL and this is in the regular size section. I don't want to drive to Pineville and beyond to go to Belks when there's one right here. And I know it's very hot outside, but does the store have to be hot as well. It makes me want to leave the store before I'm really ready to go.

Disappointed today. For Father's Day, I would've liked to find some shirts for my daddy. He's not a golfer, deep sea fisherman, sports fan of any kind, into skulls, part of the LGBT rainbow whatever crowd, etc so therefore, nothing in the whole store suited him...your normal, everyday country 70some year old man. Even the normal men's section was VERY limited for my husband. He also isn't a sports fan, golfer, deep sea fisherman, LGBT rainbow whatever crowd. He managed to find a couple pair of expensive shorts but no decent shirts to pair with them. Also, the women's section was lacking. PLUNGING necklines that go to the base of my sternum ain't happening. WHO IS ORDERING THIS STUFF? Could we maybe get ppl to run the registers that have seen a computer/register before? It was agonizing waiting in those long lines watching them struggle for their lives.

Better than Camden Belk, but dress shirts (white I was shopping for) we're still disselved and out of order...sizes mixed...regular collar & button downs all mixed together. I did finally find the shirt I was looking for. Mission accomplished.

During a recent visit, we had a problem with a security tag that had been left on a shirt we bought. Everyone there took the time to try and help. When the tag was finally removed, there was a hole in the shirt. The ladies quickly found another one online and got it ordered for me. They went above and beyond to help and I am very thankful for the wonderful ladies at the Monroe NC Belk store.

I was in there today 04 07 24 Lorri in Estee lauder department was so nice & very helpful. This is what I remember as a young adult how customer was all about. Belk in Monroe sure has a shiny bright star having Lorri on their team. Thanks Again Lorri as the late Tina Turner would say "You Are Simply The Best".

The prices have gone up above the pricing elsewhere. While there are big sales, the original price is pretty high for suits and blazers and the discount still puts the price above pricing you can find elsewhere. I love the local feel of Belks and hope that they can get back to where they were.

I made a purchase at Belk of a Birthday gift for my wife. I only used my personal debit card. Somehow, for some reason, Belk sent a receipt to my wife's email!!! How and why does this happen? My purchase had nothing to do with my wife today. (Except it was a gift for her...) Belk spoiled my gift.
