My daughter opened her account today and Kevin was her bank representative. He was awesome! He helped her open her account, get all of her cash from her different apps transferred over, and set up her digital card and her paperless statements. Kevin was extremely friendly, helpful, thorough, and easy to communicate with. Thank you Kevin, we appreciate you!

The worst branch I’ve seen so far. Not knowledgeable on transfer procedures, one of the personnel at the entrance seems barely handling her aggression, not willing to look for solutions, and rather creating impediments for the clients. I visited it at least four times and the only positive feedback I could give is for the two male personnel working in the office, other women are just unprofessional so much that I am writing this review. I had to go to another branch to get an assistance and guess what, the personnel at another branch were not only welcoming but also addressed all of my questions and requests.Not recommending this brunch at all!!

This place is small but very modern inside. Friendly staff always, and they try to have around 3 tellers on busy days and during peak hours. This location has an ATM inside as soon as you walk in through their entrance, and a drive-thru ATM.

Security guard tried to force me to wear a mask. When I told him no thank you he followed me to my car yelling " What are you going to do when the mask mandate comes here " well there isn't one now!

Never been , trying to contact them for a week now no answer.some mess occured with my account from there location and no one seems to have a logical answer to the situation.if your seeing this teller #24 please pay better attention to the way you perform your job .how about someone answer the phone .

The so called manager, Tim, was rude. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes, then he came outside to ask questions. I told him that I could not believe he is the manager and speaks rudely to customers. I took the check I needed to be endorsed and left.0 rating

Bank of America in general has a long history of stealing peoples money. My mom made a deposit of $330, 1 $150 check and $180 cash. 2 days later there was a debit adjustment for $30 on her acct bc there was a shortage in cash that she deposited. Mind you my mom counted it twice and the TELLER counted once by hand and once thru the machine and never said ANYTHING about it only being $150 (because when my mom handed her the cash she told the teller it was $180, the teller never said “I’m sorry this is only $150” or anything of that sort) and the deposit slip myMom was given by the teller said $330 NOT $300 like the bank claims. We called BOA twice and both times a claim was opened and closed within 2 days. We talked to the branch manager here and they insisted it was only $150 that was deposited and not $180 AND THEN to make matters worse the branch manager and another associate were in the office next to my mom saying that “she needs to get over it, it’s only $30, we’re not doing anything for her etc”. My parents work very hard for their money, I don’t care if it’s only $1 or $30 or $100, you should never tell a customer to just “get over it” or even talk about them like that.

The customer service at this branch is above and beyond that of any other bank. We did not have an appointment scheduled but needed to send a wire transfer for a home purchase and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Jane is an exceptionally nice person and did not make us feel rushed or like a nuisance at all!

This location is horrible!! Random closings during the week. Also rarely has more than one teller working.You can’t promote yourself as a small business bank if no one is there to assist you.

Never more than 1 teller. Line is always out the door regardless of what time it is. They don't care about customers or members.

It's a crying shame that the only Bank of America Branch in Monroe is closed until Thursday morning so I suppose it's time to find another bank that truly cares about their customers and that have normal business hours (after banking with them for 50 years).
