I took my car to Auto Bell this afternoon I was very disappointed with my service. I had to tell the attendant to clean my bumper and grill the front but he just wiped the bumper and my grill was still dusty. Then when I got back in the car on the passenger side underneath the seat when you open the door you see where it wasn’t vacuumed.

I have always went to Autobell for a quick wash when I didn't feel like washing it myself. I will never go back again. It damaged the paint on my door. When I took it back to speak to a manager the manager said that they did not cause that damage. He said it looked like a door hit it and it's not even in a space where a door could hit it's at the bottom of the door. I spoke to a second manager the day after and he said it wouldn't have caused just that damage and there was no way to prove that it happened there. He also said that there was a lot of recalls on the paint for Hyundais . I called Hyundai and there's no recall on the paint. Their machine damaged my car. I'm not sure what's wrong with these young managers who don't know customer service. Just so you know they will not take responsibility for damage to your car so take my advice and don't use Autobell in Monroe

I looked at all the reviews before I took my truck to this autobell. Please don't get me wrong it was hot out side that day. I swear they had to use the interior detail wrag on the windows. I have spent 2 hours so far trying to get what ever they put on it off. Windows fog up like I was sixteen again. Just not a good thing going down the roads.

I paid 39.99 for full services and the results came out terrible. The guy only vacuumed barely and did not even clean the dash board or vacuum underneath the seats. Not going to this location no more.

I’ve been to many auto bells and most of them are frankly sub par in their delivery and cleanliness. This is the best auto bell I’ve been to yet. Efficient and an exceptional job done. They took their time and took pride in the result of the car. I’m thankful.

This was Autobell 1218 in MONROE. I went for the deluxe exterior wash and shine. The results were very good. A person wipes down the car and applies tire shine and other things to the outside. I would recommend this car wash towards quality. I think that $22 Seems a tad expensive, but that is their service.

Monroe thumbs down! Paid extra for interior detail ($58) 2020 Fusion. I would have came out better giving some crackhead $5 to do the entire car. Windows were streaked, door jambs untouched, floors still dirty, dash and instrument cluster still dusty. Tires, wheels, wheel wells, front end all still dirty and bugged. Little dudes just running around with rags playing grab butt, giggling. Ive had these issues once before here. I shld have went to car wash, spent $6 or $7 and did it myself. Honestly i think its just the America we have now, everything is over priced and pride in workmanship is a lost cause. I wont be going back, last money i give you clowns !

FIVE STARS TO AUTOBELL IN INDIAN TRAIL!!!I just left the Autobell in Charlotte on Monroe Road and the service was not up to par at all. I had to drive to the other Autobell on old Monroe Road in Indian Trail, and the manager there Hannah, took care of me! They hardly did any armor all inside, the floors were not vacuumed, they barely did my tire shine, and my windows were all smeared. I had to even tell them to wipe the trunk and back of my vehicle down because it was still wet! Frustrated, I brought my vehicle here to Hannah and told her I just left the Autobell by Animal Medical Hospital on Monroe and this is what I got. Even the insides of the doors were not armor all’d, nor was there any evidence of them being wiped down. From now on the auto on Old Monroe Road in Indian Trail Will now be where I go from now on! Great job Team, and thank you Hannah! This is what Customer Service is supposed to be like!

My price was 23.00 which included wipe down inside and out, and vacuum, but they missed the mark by a long shot...console wasn't cleaned and the vacuum was poorly done..cat hair was left on my car mats which I am highly allergic to cats
