“Well I switched from the Godfrey agency from matthews because of poor service and failure of the employees (Tina and Julie) to upload requested documents or return phone calls. Spent time with Matt today and he went through everything with me and I received more information today then the entire time I've been with allstate as of 28 Feb 25 at the other agency. It felt more like a family, very polite and helpful. I would give more stars if I could, definitely 10/10. Very helpful, even made recommendations for additional insurance coverage. If you want a trustworthy insurance agent a pleasant experience be sure to contact Mark Wilson at allstate. Highly recommended.”
