Today, I stopped at the All Care Care to get an issue checked out with my car. The service and explanation I got was very honest, straightforward and unrushed. There was no suggestions for unnecessary or untimely work. It feels good to see there really exists garages like this even today. This garage was recommended to me and I am very happy to recommend to anyone with car issues.

DEFINITELY recommend all car care. He was willing to diagnose my cat for no price when the dealer was going to charge $140 just for diagnosing the problem. Very honest, even showed me the parts he would need to order online and that they weren’t available immediately for fixing. Very honest work and have me a price very reasonable to be fixed and gave me a timeline of when i should get it done to not cause more damage. Will leave updated review later on the work done.

They will not charge you unnecessary money, they gave me quote on exactly what needs to be fixed with lowest price, compared to for same issue i got quote of more than thousands dollars from dealership.i definitely fix my car at all car care place because they are honest on their quote and give you right advice, Thanks!

I have been their customer for very long time, from 2010. It is almost 11 years. With my 30 years of dealing with auto mechanics, I can confidently say this that Mr. PK Patel, the owner, is by far the most sincere person and trustworthy person I have ever seen. He never over charges. His charges are always minimal. You cannot beat his prices anywhere in Charlotte. He very often cuts down work to minimum required, never adds extra to make more money! He is not the kind of usual mechanic who will start piling up work and charging top dollars just for nothing. He always tried to save my car and keep my car and repair to the extent necessary. He never broke my trust in him, spotless clean character. I bet, you will not find a mechanic who sincere to the core like him. For my cars, I simply drop the car and don't bother to ask how much a service costs, I only talk about what work is needed. When finished, I just swipe the card for what he says. PK Patel is by far the most honest and professional person I have seen. I have always leaned on his suggestions. There have been times that I have called him for issues in my car and he would guide me. Have been going to ALL CAR CARE since last 5 years and their professionalism is second to none.
