The one lady that works in the kitchen is always rude and never in a good mood. She got aggravated cause I asked to get a biscuit made up. Then she storms outside to smoke a cigarette and said "these people aren't gonna work up my nerves today"

I never had a problem in that store until Yesterday you have a rude employee.works around TWO. a clock. She was throwing my purchases at me and made a threat to me.She's lucky. I did not call the cops on her. I've been Going there for years and everybody is wonderful. You need to watch the Store camera

I have been going to Jordan Dam Mini Mart for 30 years. My family knew the previous owner. Most if the time I fuel our vehicles outside, pay at the pump and leave. Today, I went inside and was met with rudeness. I was standing in the longest line. The taller female employee motioned for people to come to her register. The men behind me stepped back to allow me to move over because I had been standing in the other line. When I did she said in a very questionable tone, " You got a lottery ticket, don't ya?" I indicated I did. She pointed that I get back in the other line. I did. I experienced her tone as really unprofessional. So sad. Our little sweet town of Moncure now has in its midst thos sort of rudeness. Very, very sorry for the new owner of this establishment and gor anyone who has to experience that.

Jordan Dam Mini Mart is very convenient. I purchase most all of my gasoline from this station. It stays open until midnight, opens at 0530. It you need an emergency item most always you can get it here. The staff is always kind and helpful. They are diligent and hardworking. Please treat them with respect and kindness.

I went to this place yesterday 8/17/2023 for some lunch I got a 6 piece of wings in a side of fries the kid in the back wrote on the tray $7.78. That's the only thing I got !! I got charged 29.00 dollars I paid with my card. I called earlier that day in told them what happen they ask " well you ain't got a receipt" ? with an attitude acting all ghetto as always. I then mention to them well you guys got cameras in the front I can give you the time I went in so you guys can check it out they then reply back on the phone saying " no we ain't got time for all that " this place is ghetto in bad service. I do not recommend this place !!!!

I couldn't ask for more from a local gas station. Their staff are friendly and helpful, I've been going there for years and have never encountered bad service. If you drive by hungry, you can leave full and happy with a hot meal that's beyond what you'd expect from a chain or typical establishment.

This store is one of the most excellent convenience store’s that I’ve ever had the pleasure to stop at. You can get everything you need for fishing like you’re bait, hooks, waits, poles, fishing license etc. from here. You can even get a bite to eat while your filling up with gas or diesel. This is the best convenience store hands down

Some of the staff gave real attitude problems! They are frequently out of bacon, sausage or other food items in the grill. They are always understaffed i the grill. The location is hard to get in and out! I have been going here for years and had such a bad experience this morning I really doubt I'm going back!
