Yellow Butterfly Home Care LLC is owned by Chasity Baker, BSN, RN. Yellow Butterfly is also registered and licensed with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. For over 22 years, Chasity has worked in the Home Health Field as a Registered Nurse case managing patients with multiple comorbidities. During this time, she witnessed the growing need for establishing a home care business so we can assist people to stay in their homes with family and friends as long as possible. Yellow Butterfly offers companionship services with medication reminders, preparing meals, and socialization. Yellow Butterfly can also offer more hands on care with Personal Care Services such as transferring, Feeding, Bathing, dressing and toileting.
