I simply needed an rx transferred. Alexis began the conversation arguing that your location was open when I arrived it was closed. Why argue over me telling you the situation. Didn't care that your location was closed. Then pharmacist had an attitude bc I complained. By far the worse personell working here! After all of the mistakes your location makes.... you should be shut down!!

It's the primary pharmacy in Mocksville. Service runs hot or cold. If you get the right person, you could not ask for a better experience if you get the wrong person, it can ruin your day.

Unfortunaly I have to give it a star to post this. Terrible and very offensive workers in the Pharmacy. 2 months in a row they messed my medications up. Worker named Lori was extremely unknowledgeable, unprofessional even said that she didnt care and was confrontational. Even went as far as threatening me by saying " I'll be out at my car soon". I really do not understand how or why this is allowed to happen in this store. This store needs a complete clean sweep of its employees especially "LORI" and replaced with better more knowledgeable professional employees.

Pharmacy dept is closed and may not open till next year, per clerk. This Walgreens used to be very good but has declined in recent months. Now no pharmaceutical service, period. A glorified quickie mart.

I have never ever received such poor customer service. The pharmacy is a joke. And no one is professional at all. Please safe yourself the headache and choose a more professional pharmacy. It’s a shame that this pharmacy is even allowed to operate. Shameful.

The worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Several times I have requested refills on my meds and I have been told they will have them filled. I would go to get them and will be told they are not filled or they do not have the meds in stock. I have waited 2 to 3 days to get my refills. Their explanation would be we have been busy.To busy for 2 days to fill 1 prescription?. I am feed up with this place.

My doctor called in my prescription after leaving the hospital for hernia surgery. We arrived about 40 minutes later, about 8pm. They said my prescription was not ready, they'd call when it was ready. My wife takes me home and goes back to pick up my prescription, it still not ready and won't be until the next day. The lady was told twice that I had just been released from the hospital. That had no effect whatsoever, therefore I was with no mediation through my first night out of surgery. Walgreens WILL NOT get any more business from me!
