This is the WORST Walgreens we have ever had the displeasure of frequenting. We're fed up & their service never changes. They are drastically understaffed at all times and wait time for prescriptions is outrageous. We had 3 RX's sent over at 9AM and it's 5PM and they are STILL not ready. Additionally, the Pharmacy staff woman stated, "You are welcome to go somewhere else!" What kind of customer service is this? NONE! Needless to say, we will be switching all our prescriptions elsewhere.

I sent a photo to be printed for my mother in laws birthday. My husband went to pick it up and was asked "who took this photo". I have NEVER heard of anyone asking that question during a pick up. Especially since they're not supposed to look at your images. However my husband answered that a photographer took it. Mind you there is no watermark on the photo at all since they were released to me by my photographer. The manager demanded proof that the photographer released them to us (NOT their business and also NOT their job). I reluctantly sent my husband a screenshot of the photographers email that gave us access. This "manager" tried to use her personal phone to take a picture of my husbands phone so she had "proof" (MIND YOU OUR PERSONAL INFO IS IN THAT EMAIL) and when I told him not to let her she cut our photo up in front of him and demanded he leave! This is a total invasion of privacy. I'm actually going to be contacting the higher ups because we now have a photo they refuse to give us. OUR PHOTO. Mind you we don't post pictures of my daughter on social media and find it very scary that some random store has them and won't give them back!!

Not sure how to actually review Walgreens. Obviously one of the two major pharmacy chains that are everywhere. Though I am an advocate for buying local, it is very difficult to avoid national chains like Walgreens and CVS. They are convenient and carry about any household, health and beauty item you would need. Got a rash in your nether regions? Walgreens has a cream for it. Mouth herpes outbreak? I'm sure they got something for your lip raisin. If not over the counter, then I'm sure they can hook you up with a prescription. Prices are decent. They take Apple Pay, which I find very convenient. This specific Walgreens is an easy in and easy out. If you don't want to fight the Wal-Mart crowds then this is a great alternative.
