Honestly, i’ve had a wonderful experience with this verizon & Curtis. I had visited 2 other verizon’s that were terrible in the customer service dept. But Curtis?? He not only sounded happy to help me when i called his store, he put back the phone i wanted & held it for me, and we had a few hiccups but he honestly did a really well job, from the inviting vibe he had, to explaining everything so i could understand, to even staying late to get me set up with my account, also he’s hilarious & i enjoy that he’s himself & i love that level of realism with reps. if i ever have any issues, i’ll absolutely drive the hour it takes to get his help. I stopped at Yadkinville & honestly i recommend driving right by that store & going to Curtis @ mocksville. He definitely deserves every good things that could come his way, he’s a great human & help 10/10. ( if it wasn’t for his help i wouldn’t have left my current carrier )

These guys are very cool. I can contact them with confidence, they really helped me professionally, although we communicated via broadcast since I don’t know English, but they were polite 1000% 100% you will be pre-war with this service, I made sure of this thanks to Nick and Brent????

Most pleasant Verizon experience I’ve ever had. I don’t think they are a corporate store so some things they couldn’t help me with, but they did add me a Netflix perk that saved me 4 dollars a month. Thanks guys

Two dudes smoking out front let us inside. They didn't offer any specials, or free perks and quoted outrageous service amounts so I walked to my car and got 2 free iPhones and Verizon Internet within minutes with a free Xbox series x and a $200 Amazon card. Please do something about this. I'm sure other people are walking out with a bad taste for Verizon

Went to check on pricing for portable Wi-Fi devices. Store hours says open until 7 on Saturdays. Doors were locked. Did not look like the lights were on. Looks like my business will be taken elsewhere

Update 11/2021 4 stars: Now a true Verizon store. Small staff, sometimes there is a wait because of that. But very knowledgeable and friendly.

By far the best Verizon retail store around! Every time I go into Verizon in Mocksville, also known as Russell Cellular, I have a great experience. I have had the same phone number and Verizon account since 2003 and I and I have been to multiple locations locations all over the United States due to military service and none has even come a smidge bit close to the professionals, yhe friendliness, the desire to actually help customers, or the customer service and care that I've always received at the Mocksville, NC location! Thanks for the great experience, loving my new phone! Keep up the good work!!
