I don't know what's been going on but this location in mocksville has gotten so bad I don't even wanna go here anymore. Half the time they don't even get my partners and I order right. Like tonight, we came by and they didn't even put the sauce I was suppose to get on it, missing half th toppings I paid extra for, and it was half warm and half frozen. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Few weeks ago, we got hot dogs and they gave us plan dogs no toppings we ordered and was very rude when we told them they had messed up our order. Both times we have either came in the evening or night time so seems like he late shift workers can't cook.

Super convenient convenience store. Mrs. K. and I are on a road trip and she said she wanted a drink so we stopped here. I was able to park the Sprinter van, pop in and browse. So many choices!
The store is clean, tidy and well stocked with all the snacks and drinks you can think of plus their made-to-order kitchen if you're looking to get some fresh hot food. The young lady who rang up my sale was polite and efficient, thanking me for stopping in today.

Loved Sheetz, have been a customer for years, always get my energy drinks here, forget about trying to order food via the mobile app and not waiting a ridiculous amount of time even after your food is supposed to be done. A heads up would of been nice regardless on being low-staffed or not, but the manager instead rolls her eyes and states after being asked about the status on my burger that i had 20 orders ahead of me after i was told where my food would be if it was done. Being some one that doesnt get made to order food often i didnt know there was a designated area for mobile app pick up. Food was supposed to be there at 5:26 pm, no one bothered to tell me until 5:50. More than 20 minutes past when it was supposed to be done and all i get is rolled eyes and talked to like im an 10.

I have been a Sheetz's patron in Mocksville for years, and I must say with the new year 2024 they have really falling off, especially with scheduling workers during busy peak times. I ran to get gas after work yesterday and I happened to place an order and I waited over 30 plus minutes for one sandwich and the manager could care less about the inconvenience to customers. My advice to this business if you guys are running behind on orders let patrons /customers know, so that we can decide how we're going to spend our time. But on a positive note thank you Mr. Curt, for showing consideration for your customers, and your customer service was Great. In the future I will go to Advance's Sheetz or choose another company. FYI there happened to be travelers and they were also inconvenienced and delayed.

Sheet is always a good clean place to stop for bathroom needs when on the go. We were on the way home from Winston and stopped for gas. My Cousin and I both had a bathroom emergency so we went into the men’s room. There was no toilet paper in the stall. I told my cousin to go ahead and use the toilet first and I would go ask for some toilet paper. The guy was very quick and nice and got the tissue right away. Thanks for the courtesy of the employees working at this sheetz taking care of the customers needs for something as simple as toilet tissue. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because they were out of tissue in the bathroom and the trash was overflowing but otherwise the toilet was clean.

The only reason I go to this store is because Jackie is the Asst Mgr and the way she trains her staff. She has been good to the people and customers in this community for years. The way she knows her customer names down the small things we get like our cigarette brand makes a difference. But today on Christmas Eve a manager named Tara changed how I feel going forward. She called the sheriff on me because her associate put the incorrect amount on my husband's cash app. We went to the location and gave her receipt and the associate that made the mistake admitted to putting the incorrect amount. We asked to correct the mistake since it was her associate who made the mistake. The refused to correct it and at one point stated she wasn't gone help us at all and stated I was yelling at her. Now explained to her this is my regular voice and asked her for H.R. number and she refused to give me the information. Morale of the story my husband end up adding the correct amount and taking a loss. As we were leaving the premises the sheriff pulls in an we had to explain how STUPID she made herself look by doing all of this over a situation she didn't even fix. Oh and IDK if cooperate can see this but it happened @ 12:16pm Christmas Eve AND I ALREADY CALLED CORPORATE HR and reported her as well. I've lived in these community for years Tara knows she should've handled the situation better and when you associate makes a mistake JUST FIX IT BUT TO CALL THE SHERIFF ON CHRISTMAS EVE AND SAY I HAVE THE STORE (SECURITY) WATCHING YOU(For what is my question?).(You are in the wrong not us) IM OFFENDED AND SHE SHOULD HAVE A CONSEQUENCE FOR HER ACTIONS. People like her get away with these situations because we as (people) don't stand up FOR OURSELVES. WELL, IM NOT ONE A PERSON WHO DONT HOLD PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE TO THERE ACTIONS.

went on the trusty 2 am sheetz run because what else are you supposed to do when you’ve got the munchies? 2/10 experience. got a TOASTED sandwich that came NOT toasted (props to sandwich being kinda good tho) ordered jalapeño ranch gave us plain ranch, ordered a sampler of pickle fryz that were just fried thinnings of pickle skin, didn’t get the hotzarella sticks ordered either. THIS MARKS THE DAY that mocksville sheetz has gained a personal resentment >:(

I've been to this sheetz many many times and got food, and I think this was the first time it was a less than great experience. There were several people that were already waiting for food, but I had placed a mobile order so I wasn't sure how long I'd actually be waiting. My order ended up showing up pretty quickly and I left the store. This wasn't the unfortunate part of my experience. I had ordered a whole steak sandwich. The whole sandwiches from sheetz come cut in half and wrapped separately. The first half was pretty normal, good tasting, no issues. It looked like someone training someone new prepared this half, then told the new person to do the other half and walked away. The cheese was literally half off of the sandwich, the contents were everywhere and the entire thing was falling apart after about 3 bites. I felt like I was eating a bread and steak salad with my hands. On top of that, i ordered a tray of fries with ranch on the side. They came doused in ranch and were soggy and wet by the time I was home. Won't stop me from going back but not the greatest experience. Food tasted good though and all the ingredients were there. Not sure if whoever made my food was new, rushing, or just high.

I love this location! I always come here! They are usually always fully stocked! Staff is friendly. Sometimes the gas pumps are a little busy, but if you have the Sheetz app to get that discount it’s worth it!
