Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and wonderful workmanship. We had a great experience getting an all-around tune up and new tires for our SUV. Additionally, Jason was an unbelievable help. He talked with me for over 20 minutes about which tires to get and was incredibly knowledgable. I highly recommend working with him and this entire company!

They're good guys. They are trustworthy, friendly, and professional. There's usually a delay before they can get started on a vehicle, but that's only because they have become very popular, and so it's a really good sign.

Stay away from this place. They take advantage of you, especially if you’re elderly. My dad went here for a vehicle inspection and his tag light was out. He didn’t know this, because he doesn’t drive at night. They disassembled his car and after being told by me over the phone that we aren’t interested in getting them to fix it (my husband can fix simple things like that, or we have another shop we prefer) and we figured that it would be a simple fix & the guy told me they don’t mind to put his car back together, fail his inspection and send him on his way and we can return to get it re inspected.
I then call my dad to let him know that I told them to just put it back together and we will fix it elsewhere , when I hear him talking to the same man which was now telling him that I don’t know what I’m talking about, and that the place we take it may not either… and that he should leave his car so they can fix it & pass his inspection.
My dad then asks how much it might be, how long it would take, etc. the man told him the fix to be ranging from $200-2,000…. All for a simple tag light. Then, the man says he “doesn’t know when they can get to it”
This man was extremely pushy and shady. They told me they “don’t care” if they don’t fix it, but then in turn tries to pressure my elderly father who went there alone into just getting it fixed there “because his daughter doesn’t know what she’s talking about.”

I started coming to Philcar for work on my work vehicle and was so impressed by their speed and professionalism that I began to bring my personal car here for maintenance as well. Today I brought it down for a routine oil/filter change and tire rotation. I arrived at about 10:05 and was out the door a little after 1030. Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable about the work they do. Highly recommend bring your vehicles here for any and every service they provide

They charge too much for the service provided. Quality of works is good. Claim and charge to use OEM parts for repair but Advanced Auto is constantly delivering parts for repair.

I have lived all over - Ohio, Tennessee, New York - and still come back to Mocksville to have my car serviced with PD and his team. You can't go wrong here!
