Well, gather ‘round folks, it’s storytime! Picture this: I snagged myself a Yocan product from Mocksville Tobacco and Vape, thinking I’m about to enter the vape hall of fame. But hold your horses, because here comes the plot twist – a manufacturer defect straight outta left field! So, I waltz back to the store expecting some top-notch customer service, but boy was I wrong. They were about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. Long story short, after a marathon of emails with the manufacturer, Mocksville Tobacco and Vape graciously offered me a ‘deal’ – an $11.99 bill for a part that should’ve been covered under warranty. And don’t even get me started on their ‘discounts’. It’s like putting a Band-Aid on a broken leg. Moral of the story? If you want a good laugh and a pricey experience, head on over. But if you’re after quality and service, well, let’s just say you’re better off chatting up a rubber duck.

I shop at this vape shop 3-5 times weekly since moving to Mocksville in June. The ladies that work here are both as sweet as can be and always very helpful. They have an awesome selection of delta products, kratom, vapes, etc (that's really all I ever get) - and I love that they sell single delta gummies because not everywhere does. They finally created a section of disco/clearance vapes which was the only complaint I had (and now I never even buy those. Lol. Prices aren't terribly bad, I honestly don't really know about in comparison to other stores - some stuff you can get cheaper elsewhere however when I bought said cheaper vapes (delta and nicotine both) elsewhere I really wished that I had just come here afterwards.

Me and my husband had a bad experience..I ended up being allergic to a vape juice and the manager told us it’s not their problem to tell me to take Benadryl they wouldn’t do nothing to resolve the issue and the employee that we spoke to was very rude about it… if I would I’d give NO STARS… They could care less I was allergic to the vape flavor.

Wonderful wonderful place. Especially known for the panda table. But they should really put a time limit on how long someone can actually stand at that table and continuously play. I should not have to wait 2 hours to get a spot on that table
