I want to share my recent experience with HBI. While I had a great conversation with Niko, an excellent sales guy, my overall encounter was disappointing.
As the end of the month approached, I was drawn to a dealership that appeared to have great reviews and a fantastic selection of cars. However, I felt pressured to sign a contract and pay a deposit to secure a vehicle. They informed me they couldn't secure a loan for me because “I have almost 400k in auto loans.” ? Fortunately, my credit union promptly handled the financing, and they were set to mail a check after the weekend.
The same day I left my deposit, I received a call stating that the dealership sold the car to someone else, claiming I took too long to finalize my deposit. I was waiting to secure financing before I paid any "non-refundable" money. Wouldn’t you do the same?
To make matters worse, the CEO contacted me, insisting that I took too long to place my deposit and then claimed the deposit would hold the car for 48 hours—which it clearly did not. He further threatened me by stating he wasn’t obligated to refund my deposit and pressured me to remove my negative reviews, citing a clause in their contract that allegedly prohibited me from doing so.
This clause is not only unprofessional, but it is also illegal under The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA). He gave me just 24 hours to remove all reviews, using my deposit as leverage against me and their questionable sales contract.
Beware of such practices if you’re considering doing business with this dealership.

HBI Auto: These are in the know “race car guys” servicing and selling Bad A.. exotic cars!
As a lifelong Porsche enthusiast and former owner of two Carreras I “happened” upon HBI in my car search.
While the website inventory listing is very impressive, I was “blown away” when I arrived at the business. The inventory is expansive and exceptional- the Carrera selection is impressive!
The sales team was knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. The same can be said for the service/transport/detailing teams. The lines of communication and follow up are excellent. After several discussions w the owner he explained his current and future vision of his business, coupled with my dealings with his team, validated my decision to do business w HBI. Additionally, HBI will pick up and service my car.
I am extremely happy that I purchased my 991.1 from HBI Auto. You would be remiss if you do not consider HBI Auto when considering to purchase a Porsche or other exotic car.

Worked with Nico and thoroughly enjoyed the process with HBI. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and has been a big help with questions after the sale. Appreciate he and the staff at HBI making it a seamless process. Would highly recommend Nico and HBI!

I knew immediately this place was a cut above the rest when it comes to the customer service, Niko was a great introduction to HBi and the car and Cameron was a great followup on the details of the car and background of HBi. Both of them were knowledgeable, open, friendly, and accommodating during (my) difficult situations. They both genuinely took the time to provide info I needed. Coming from a customer service role in my own industry, this is how it's done.
Usually the car buying experience is daunting, and there's no getting around that in some ways, however, HBi does not make you feel that, and it's a pleasant surprise to say the least; I've never had a better experience so far.

Our Porsche 911.1 C4S cabriolet was loaded in HBi’s enclosed trailer, transported to their shop in Mocksville for an oil, filter & brake fluid change. The car was stored securely indoors overnight & returned the next day in the same enclosed trailer. Pricing was very fair at <50% of my dealership costs. Although I needed to postpone my appointment twice for family obligations, communications were frequent, polite & thorough. No surprises or upselling. I would highly recommend HBi for services & will be returning for future maintenance services. No driving or waiting. What could be better or easier?!

I flew from Hollywood CA to this location to look at a Porsche. They spent a lot of time with me, allowed a test drive, had a clean car and a lot full of quality vehicles. As someone who manages an exotic car shop on the west coast, I wish we had a staff as honest and professional as this one. Seems like a great place to trust with your exotic.

Ended up trading in my 2008 987.1 Porsche Cayman S for a 2014 981 Porsche Cayman S. They were great to deal with and a good group just to be around. Blake was very professional! Will be back when I decide to upgrade again.

Worked with Cameron at HBi Auto on a gorgeous 2016 911. Throughout the process Cameron was extremely attentive to my interests and wishes, and never pushed me. I had the opposite of a stereotypical car salesman experience with Cameron. If you want high quality Porsche's with equally high quality sales and customer service, I highly recommend HBi Auto.

What can I say from start to finish Blake, Jose and Cameron took great care of me. I had been searching for the perfect Cayenne for a year before finding HBI and I couldn’t have been luckier than to deal with these guys. The quality of vehicles they have in inventory coupled with this level of customer service is unmatched. 10/10

I have bought and sold a few cars at HBi. I have always found the staff to be honest and very pleasant. This is not a high pressure dealership and you will enjoy your buying experience!
