I am not sure why these low reviews but somethings are a lil. More here but have u shopped around everything is going up not just here it makes sense they also have to go up on prices . I have called so many times and the grill is cleaned and off and they dirty it up for me and my lil 60.00 order they dont have to i think the drivers are always awesome when they bring my order .!! And hands down the best pizza i ever had !! For sure love this place !! They will deliver anything out of the store as well as food as long as u pay thr very small delivery fee !! The world could use more places like this ! I love the food about to order again i eat here atleast 1 time a week ! Crossroads THANK YOU FOR Being U !

Not and updated menu or the people in store are charging more. Plus adding a delivery fee that does not go to the driver.used to be my place but not anymore

We ordered food it was horrible.REFUSED to give money back unless it was on their time.Im very sick and couldn't do that and ended up arguing with cashier.Very bad food and service.Still waiting on tea and chips from three years ago they never brought back.? Last chance from us. Very unprofessional.Meatballs freezer burnt and bread old and stale.Customer service is awful.Lesson learned!!

Me as a customer and the drink vendors are standing outsideat 6:30 pm and the doors are locked and the lights are off and buisness hours clearly say 6am to 10am. We beat on door and no response. Very unprofessional.

I placed an order of pizza and wings was overcharged and waited over 2 hours for it to be delivered then when it gets here the order is wrong instead of the medium wings I ordered it was plain. I’ve had so many bad experiences with them I will not be going back .

Called to place an order and they told me to give them a second. I waited 10min and got hung up on called back got told to wait again, waited 5min to get hung up on again. Delivery usually takes 1-2 hours anyway when I tried calling the 3 time they ignored.

I placed a order sept 6th I got call back stating they ran out of bone in chicken and if I wanted boneless I told them no so they “said” they would issue a refund.. so I waited I called them back after 6 days of me trying to place an order no refund back (yes I paid with card) bad business smfh
