I appreciate the service I have received at A-1. They have done simple to complex work at fair prices and the repairs have been solid. The owner, Marcos, is always accessible. However, sometimes he’s a little optimistic regarding time, but I get it things happen - parts shipments get delayed or unexpected technical problems come up. But they have consistently completed the job and communicated well. It’s been a very good experience taking cars to A-1 and I recommend them.

Called Andrew and discussed issue with my boat engine. He was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on how to fix myself to avoid a service call. Advice worked and will definitely utilize his services in the future when I need on site boat repairs. Nice to talk to a mechanic to knows his trade.

Customer Service = no service. We have called 4 times and now we give up. 1st time left a message no return call. 2nd time they were at lunch this was at 2pm said they were on lunch break and would call back. 3rd time person said they were still on break and would call back. 4th time today they said they were not near a computer and would have to call back. that was 4 hours ago.Dont know how they got good reviews because it is impossible to get anyone to call you to even get an appointment.

When take your stuff down to get worked on you might get it back in one piece. They jump from car to another car and then maybe back to your or maybe another car. They have to much going on at one time

My check engine light was on. They found that a small clip had been left off after a repair at the dealership. Clip was replaced promptly at a very reasonable price. Great service. Would definitely recommend!Services: Auto exhaust system repair

Very friendly, knowledgeable they know what they are doing when it comes to trucks!! They fixed my husband's truck in a timely manner, it had some wiring problems and the o2 sensor , check engine light were staying on.
