Different problem every time you visit. Whether it’s not having prescriptions ready or not communicating with customers when something is unable to be filled. I would give less than 1 star if I could. Avoid this pharmacy if all cost. You will get a headache and no prescription.

No problems. No issues. That's why 5 stars. Convenient place to do FedExreturns. From Lawyers Road you cannot make a left turn into Walgreens but instead have to go through the light, make the left onto Lebanon and then make another immediate left into Walgreens. There is a concrete divider on the road - you may be able to go over it w/a Jeep. However you can exit back onto Lawyers Road from the parking lot. I blame this no on Walgreens but on the God-awful road system in Mint Hill and Charlotte in general.

You have all these things listed to help you get through Walgreens quickly. About a week ago, I tried 2 or 3, and there was nothing handled quickly. I already had an Rx there so I ordered a few more things to pick up. You advertise that all the items can be picked up at the window. Walgreen's window was not available that day due to some work being done. I then went around front to park. I wasn't sure what to do so I finally got out and went in. (Oh I had used the pay before u go feature also) so I go in, they give me my order, but then tell me I have to go to the pharmacy for meds. This was all hard on me as I have a bad back. I get to the pharmacy, and tell them that I already paid for everything. Well, no one knew what to do with this information. I really couldn't believe it. I stood forever while they decided what to do. Finally a meeting of the minds, they decided what they would do....nothing was fast or smooth about any of it, but that happens quite often.

Why does Walgreens charge double for all items in their stores? I plan on reporting for price gouging, their prices have always been high but are now just insulting. Will never shop at one again.

There was easy parking. The store was very clean. I had to talk to the pharmacist about 2 prescriptions. She was very friendly and helpful. She was going to handle the situation I told her about.

Rapid NAAT COVID test for travel is advertised as results available within 2 hours but 9 hrs later I’m still waiting for an email. Calling customer service resulted in a runaround ending in, a statement that the test can actually take up to 24 hrs

I was told that prescriptions (only 2) would be ready in 15 minutes so I waited. It actually took more than an hour. This caused a significant delay in my departure for the airport.

Yesterday was my first time using this pharmacy to fill a prescription. I'm new to the neighborhood and I wanted to use a pharmacy close to home just in case I would need them in the future. I provided the phamarist with the wrong insurance card and she immediately told me that she couldn't assist me. I found another insurance card in my purse, the most recent card (3/2020) and she declined it saying that she could not help me. I said ma'am I just left the urgent care, my insurance is active and she said well we can't use expired insurance cards. I said but I can call my insurance to get the pharmacy processing information, that's all you'll need to process my medication. She said you can call the number on the back of your card to reach customer service (as if I asked her to call my insurance) I said ma'am I just said I'm going to call and drove to the side. Now I work for an insurance company, pharmacist are suppose to call your insurance to get what they need to process your medication, but this one was so rude and she didn't care! I called my insurance and the insurance agent offered to call Walgreens for me and advised me that my local pharmacist should have never acted like that towards me. I was placed on hold and when the insurance agent returned she said ma'am your medication is ready, your pharmacist recieved a paid claim. I drove to the window and she said "hi, how may I help you" (as if I didn't just leave the window 10 minutes prior). I have never experienced such a rude personality at a pharmacy in my life, so unbelievable. I will NEVER use that pharmacy again or utilize their store.

Not the best pharmacy Dept. Had an appointment at 550pm for a shingles vaccine shot. Was there for an hour before I got my shot. The dept was pure chaos. I hope I got the right shot... I didn't get any paperwork or feedback about the shot.
