Walgreens Pharmacy is a top notch, convenient place in a very clean, well-stocked store. Many experiences are extremely wonderful, with a prompt, personable, proficient, professional, and productive pharmacy. The staff is always available to answer any questions and gives every customer the same friendly and welcoming service. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and very helpful, and the clerks are the friendliest ever. It is also a convenient place to do FedEx returns. However, some customers report issues, wanting to know what is happening with this pharmacy as it used to be a great role model. One customer reported being told to wait half an hour for a medicine on multiple days, feeling the staff tells the customer what suits them and doesn't do their job, and has asked the manager to sort out the relationship with the customers. There is also a note about access; from Lawyers Road, you cannot make a left turn into Walgreens due to a concrete divider, but you can exit back onto Lawyers Road from the parking lot.
My experience was extremely wonderful. Especially at the pharmacy. They were very helpful and I am happy that they were understanding of my situation. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and very helpful. One was training but she was extremely friendly and the other lady training was very helpful.
