I have Informed Delivery so I know what mail I should receive. At least once a week there is mail that never arrives. I receive other people’s mail, but always return it to the box so it can be delivered to the correct address. Apparently whoever is getting my mail throws it away. The carrier needs to be more diligent about checking addresses. I filed a complaint but their response was “the carrier is delivering all the mail on the route”. They kind of missed the point, the mail is being delivered just not to the correct address.

Walked in to mail off a package. Very nice female employee showed me how to use the self service machine. I was in and out within 2 minutes.

DEI post office. They don't pickup or deliver mail on Saturday. If you go by the post office and ask for the manager to complain, some baby's mama comes out and could care less.

This is one of the slower postal offices around .. walk in one person in front of me .. was in and out in 5 min. Parking lot needs work real bad .. has lots of pot holes and cracks .

A piece of mail that I sent December 15, 2023 still has not arrived at destination. While seeing mail truck in my neighborhood today I did not get my mail picked up.

ok so me and my boyfriend had to send a pair of jeans to a buyer in WV...we're new to this so we had no idea how to ship our items that we are selling to buyers that aren't just local. .So we asked this young female for help. Well she told us that if we bought the priority box (the white boxes)to ship them in everything was included. The box, tape, and to send it out. the shipping label was separate...so here we are thinking that this wasn't to bad so we picked out a box, taped it, put the label on it, waited in line. Then when it was our turn we get up there and this older lady took our box and rang us up , it came out to 18.15 to ship it...WHAT? We explained to her that we were told something totally different.Then when she tried to explain that the box we put our item in was why we we're paying the 18.15. She told us that we needed the brown boxes. Didn't even mention the other white box(mailing box) was free. We had to go to another post office to get that information.The older lady wasn't even nice about. Just plain RUDE, and as for the other lady well if she was my employee I'd fire her because even when we were explaining to the rude lady she came in and didn't even apologize to us for the false information she gave us. I mean she completely ignored us. So for as me and my boyfriend will we go going back there? That's a NO! Why do people have to be so rude and nasty. Whatever happened to customer service? and this was at the neighborhood post office. Our first time shipping something through the mail was a mess. Unnecessary Drama.

I would give negative stars if allowed. My packages are not being picked up no matter how many confirmation emails I received for package pick up requests. I have repeatedly tried to call the Mint Hill PO and no one ever answers the phone; it just rings and rings. The mail service in 28227 is TERRIBLE!

I've never had an issue with this location, has been above and beyond for me. But today I just came up here, on a Wednesday right before noon, and it's randomly closed. You can enter the lobby but the gates are down where the employees normally reside. No signs on the door or anything. Very strange.

We run a Plumbing Company and rely on our clients to send their payments to this Post office. We have been using this Post office for 11 years and have a steady regular clients base who have always sent payments to this Post office.We rely on these payments so that we can continue to run our business, it is crucial that we get these.Two years ago, the post office stopped putting our mail into our box and were either sending the mail back to our clients or for some reason the mail just disappeared. However, the post office would put other peoples mail into our PO Box.After almost losing our business, and us complaining enough, we started getting our mail.My favorite excuse was that it was probably our clients putting down the wrong mailing address, even though they had gotten the address right for 11 years. Also the Post Office blamed 20 different customers for not sending the mail to our correct address at the same time.Well now it is happening again, I have many clients calling me letting me know that they sent us our payments weeks ago to our PO Box and are wondering why we haven't got them. Our company has no more funds to do any more work, we can't pay our employees because of this Post Office.The post offices response is that maybe the mail is getting sent to Milwaukee!I had a client mail his payment from the Matthews Post Office to the Mint Hill office 2 weeks ago, it still has yet to arrive in our PO Box. Why would it be sent to Milwaukee?I am going to do what I did last time and go to the Head Post Master and file another complaint for an investigationThey have no problem putting other peoples mail in our PO Box but are having trouble putting our mail in our PO Box. Is that a federal offense?

My friend got handed a pink slip, BY HAND from the delivery driver, went to the post office and they had to turn him away because she still had it on the truck. 5 ft. Away from the whole interaction. Anyone who want to dispute this I will request the camera footage from the main office as proof. No, this isn't the first time we've been given a 'lazy' pink slip

HORRIBLE! MANAGEMENT TREATS THE EMPLOYEES LIKE CRAP, THEY CALLED MY NIECE AN AHOLE! I'M SO HAPPY SHE QUIT TODAY. CUSTOMERS RECEIVE POOR SERVICE BECAUSE OF POOR MANAGEMENT AT THIS OFFICE. SO UPSET ABOUT THE TREATMENT OF MY NIECE.

Please read this and read this well! I repeat do not mail through this post office or go for help to this post office because they will not help you and the Manager Gary or Garry is rude and nasty and doesn’t know a thing he is doing! My priority mail envelope that I mailed off was suppose to be return to sender to my address. It came through their post office because my zip code is assigned to their post office. I have gone back to back at this post office 3 times about my missing priority mail and they claim it’s not the there but last tracking updates says it’s there. I have already filed several claims because there is an important money order in there. The manager excuse was “they sent it back to the plant for processing, they don’t hold mail that’s not theirs” when it just should have came back to me in the first place. They either lying, covering up their mistake or they know one of their workers took my money order. Either way I will find out because I have already got my lawyer involved. But I will never go to them again!

It would not let me select no stars of course!!! These workers are extremely rude and LAZY there are several time to when I have to go up there to get a package when it says delayed or can’t deliver because my driveway is blocked!!! How when I’m in an apartment!! Make it make sense!!! The workers don’t want to get out and just leave it at someone’s door!!! Poor excuse excuse when an elderly has to do the same thing!!!! Inconvenience to alot of people. I hate going here!!! Please do better like ASAP!!!
