I am not sure how this guy stays in business. We called for a quote and the man seemed very uninterested and then proceeded to tell me that most insurance companies will not insure a roof over 20 years old (false information). I have had no issues with any other company on this matter.

Love Greg and his amazing level of customer service. The rates are great, but I stay for the service. When my neighborhood got hit by a tornado, he called me to make sure I was ok and to help me with the claim process. Above and beyond!!

As of now the only contact We have had was to apply for info and to transfer our insurance (Auto, Renters & Liability) from our existing carrier to Erie. The transaction was handled very professionally by Gregg Reeder.
