“So I was a first timer to the store looking to continue my salt water journey. All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable especially NOAH.There were even times where I watched the staff go to customers left and right to see if they needed anything opposed to waiting g to be called on.They will certainly continue to earn my business.Edit: So after my first interaction in the store there was a mix up (no fault to anyone). But what I was more impressed with is the fact outside of Chris doing his diligence as a manager, how quickly and rapidly they were able to rectify the situation. Not once did they want to point blame. Another surprising fact is that all of the employee staff that was present was there attempting to remedy the situation.All I can say is thank you to Chris, Eric, Noah, and Charles. You guys are all the reasons why someone would want to continue to allow you to earn their business You have certainly earned mine as a lifer. Thank you again.”
“Hollywood feed is amazing! It was my first time recently going in and every employee went over the top to help and were So kind to my two dogs. They treated me and my two dogs as family from the very beginning and even gave them treats! My dogs didn’t even wanna leave at the end. They were so happy there. I definitely recommend this as your one stop pet store!!”

“This is the BEST place in the East Charlotte, Mint Hill, Matthews, Pineville area to buy supplies for your dogs. Top of the line food, supplements, dewormers and flea and tick preventatives. They carry anything you need for horses as well. This store is like being in the country. Good folks and outstanding service. Four Paws up!!!!”

“Wonderful experience. I've been to this shop before, and have always been served with a friendly smile and expertise. Turns out the lady running the store and I have competed against each other at trivia locally before; she is the nicest person. This day, I went to buy a ground feeder for the deer who visit my house on a daily basis; I got a high-quality feeder for a good price, along with nice conversation.The inside décor, I must say, is also top-notch, very natural. They're loaded with whatever you need for your avian and other wildlife. In summation, I highly recommend this establishment. A+++. Thank you, WBC-!”

“THESE two hounds give the no-pull harness 5 paws each! The beagle mom of these adorable escape artists Coco & Chloe can rest easy. Now that she finally found the perfect tool to keep these fur babies safe & comfortable walks have been a dream. These harnesses are lightweight, well designed and come in a wide variety of colors. Pulling is not only annoying, but can be painful for hands that have issues. Thank you 2 Hounds Design for making our walks safer and pain free! ? ?”

“Making our appointment was quick and easy. There was a delay with our appointment and we were notified of that before we arrived. Appointment was great. The vet and the vet techs were all very nice and knowledgeable. The vet did not try and push for other tests and services, like some offices are inclined to do. That was much appreciated as my kids and I were worried about our cat and situation at hand. We did not need unrelated things at the time to think about. We were quite pleased with the treatment and services our sick cat received. The free first visit was a plus, as this illness hit before payday. Everything considered, we will be back.”

“I called this a.m. looking for a dog cone and Sam held 2 up front for me. Most importantly , she was friendly and happy to help which is extremely rare . EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I have never shopped at Petco but needed an emergency "cone of shame" to keep my dog from licking a wound. I definitely will return knowing Petco values the customer experience. Thank you!!!”
