We where new to owning a pet and We absolutely love the care and grooming he gets. Christina was there for the beginning and Jade has been is groomer up to now ! And she is such a gem ! Dr. Sokoloff was wonderful, very thorough even in the chaos of 4 dogs in the room. She managed to check out all of them. This will be our new vet. I feel I can trust them with all my pups needs.

Back in November my pup was violently ill on the day after thanksgiving and they took me in with no appointment and helped make her feel better. I decided to start using MHAH as our vet for our checkup appt this week (jan) and the entire staff was amazing. The doc prescribed meds and a shampoo which fixed her itchy red skin which she suffered from since we got her a year earlier! Other vets could not figure it out. Forever grateful. 5 stars isn't enough.

The reason I took one star off is the atmosphere of the particular evening we went which was on a Friday. I was expecting a Caribbean vibe with some music accompanying the vibe but they only played country music the whole time. Didn't feel much different from any other brewery down here ;/

I looked at the menu online before going and had my heart set on a breakfast skillet. I head over and get greeted immediately by a friendly staff member behind the bar. Place wasn’t overly crowded so I opted to sit at the bar. Brought over a menu immediately and the same item I saw online I wanted, was on the menu so I ordered that. Just to be met with the chef hadn’t had time to make the hash browns or something like that. So obviously disappointed the one thing I came for I couldn’t get. But I pressed on and ordered the steak wrap with chips and side salad with a sweet tea. It was very tasty and filling and that sweet tea was literally the absolute best I’ve ever had. So good had to ask the waitress what brand do they use because I’d never tasted tea that good lol. I love the whole vibe of the place, everyone was so friendly from staff to the patrons at the bar sitting near me. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

8111 Fairview Rd, Mint HillFirst time visitor to see a live band on 10/19. Beer was cold, burger was good and chicken salad sandwich was like mom made. Girls behind the bar were on top of everything and even though this seems like a locals bar, I never felt unwelcomed. Will return soon.

Hawthorne's New York Pizza and Bar Mint Hill
7319 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd, Mint HillMy husband and I come here mostly every Wednesday and Eric is always there to greet us with a smile. We sit down and he brings us our drinks from his memory and asks us for our usual and we love it. We feel right at home. Yes, we love the food, absolutely delicious, but having Eric there completes our date afternoon/night.
