They refused to inspect my car because it was messy. I was told "I do new cars, I don't want to climb down in those floor boards". I was not aware that a messy car was a reason to not have your car inspected. It is an old car we are trying to get back on the road for my son. I will not come here again.

I walked in at 1:45 pm. Sat in the waiting area for 10 minutes before I noticed that no one was working. I hollered loudly before someone came out from the back and told me rather rudely that they were at lunch….i left….won’t be back.

One of the workers caught that my hood didn’t shut right as I was pulling out and took the time to troubleshoot and make sure I could drive away safe. Quick, fast, kind :)
