I have changed all my Meds from the big pharmacy chains that are only concerned with their bottom dollar. They do not care about you. You will get personal care by the pharmacy team. When I moved all my meds CVS lost one, but at Mint Hill Pharmacy they called me to let me know and worked with me to get it there from my doctor. So happy that I moved.

Owner , Operators - Started by Phillip Thornton, PhD in Pharmacology. Their pharmacy items include stock that the Big Box & Chain pharmacies don't have except online. They also perform compounding onsite. The leadership has the vested interest in servicing customers that is not as ingrained as the drive thru window shops that are an attachment to a hardware store.

This is a small town Pharmacy where they take the time to get to know you make sure that you understand your medicines and even call and check up on you if the doctor changes your medicine, they are fantastic people I will never go back to Walgreens or CVS for my medical needs

I switched to Mint Hill Pharmacy a year ago when CVS dropped my insurance. I wish I had switched years ago. Everyone that I have met at Mint Hill Pharmacy have been so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It's like being transported back in time when pharmacy staff treated you like family and genuinely cared about every one that walked in their doors!

Amazing staff! We were able to find a medication that is out of stock everywhere and the staff was very accommodating and worked very quickly to get us what we needed. Unfortunately they are 20 miles away from my house, but, I do recommend this pharmacy for everyone that is in this area. They are a small shop but with a big heart! Kudos!

Definitely recommend this Pharmacy. They had my 1 year old's antibiotic filled in 20 minutes after searching 6 different pharmacies for something that has been out of stock.Thank you so much!

This has been an eye opening experience. We always used Walgreens because I never knew better. My daughter was called in a Rx and we could not find a single Walgreens within 100 miles that had it. It was hard to even get them on the phone and understand what we were asking. Come to find out Walgreen's thought it was tablet form which doesn't exist in this dose. We wasted hours and then we called Mint Hill Pharmacy. They picked up right away and identified the issue within 30 seconds. They even called our doctor for us to get it corrected. They are very knowledgeable professionals with excellent customer service. I’ll only use them going forward. I’m glad we found them.
