I am having the worst experience ever with this company and Carol Lyn Sloan !! No one helps me the company got their money but lost our check, then no help at all to locate said lost check!! Manager was going to call me but that has not happened yet!! Btw I should have had my check February 28th so I waited patiently before posting this review.
All alone on this deserted island h and r block put me on with no updates nothing!

Very poor communication!! We ran into an issue with the Ira contribution. The tax pro was supposed to open a ticket with support to fix the issue and nothing was ever done. I left multiple voice messages and an email and nobody responded back. A week went by and finally talked to the Manger. I explained the situation and she said she needed to talk with other tax pros and that she would call us back that day. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I stopped by today and picked up my tax documents and will have someone else do our taxes.

This is by far the worst HnR block I have ever dealt with. Mr William Labar quit in the middle of doing my taxes and my dads. I got my hands on mine after a week or 2 and they said he quit. They didn’t bother to notify me. I have waited 3 days this week for a call about my dads taxes and was assured someone would call. Nobody called. No communication what so ever.

This was my first time using H&R Block, and Jacqueline Dockery made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire tax preparing process! She was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. 10/10 recommend Jacqueline and her colleagues for your tax needs!

Mr. William LaBarr Is the reason I’m giving the best recommendation to do your taxes with him god bless him. The staff is wonderful as well and so helpful and kind.
