Do not use this place for oil changes if you are female and elderly they over charge with change prices as the services are being performed did not take time to properly secure the bolt so my auto leaked oil until I had it repaired by another provider a 75.00 service turned into a 600.00 repair never again manager is a jerk of major proportion women of color beware..I. Used to use this location all the time new manager is not approachable LADIES WOMEN OF COLOR BEWARE.

Khalil and Bobby did a great job on my oil change service this morning along with my state inspection, they were both very friendly and efficient with the job they performed, I give them both 5 Stars and will definitely use them at Havoline again.

Don’t bother showing up when the time states they open at 8. No one showed up, I left and went to another oil change in Mint Hill.
