I love the staff at my Harris Teeter Pharmacy in Mint Hill. They are very friendly and remember you. I get medications for my Senior Dog and they remember him and always inquiry about him.

Like the more upscale sense of this store similar to what I had at McCaffreys Market back in NJ. Am actually surprised at the reviews as I've shopped here for 6 months now w/no issues. The meats are excellent at the specialty butcher counter which has the long bone Berkshire pork chops which are leagues above normal grocery items. I've also grown fond of the harvest bread which has little pumpkin seeds on it. Meiomi Pinot Noir goes on sale (seems to be on Thursdays) for $17 a bottle fairly often. Staff will offer to help you to the car when the cart is loaded which is a lovely service touch. I would like to see a) improved and more upscale cheese selections and b) real cream (no ultra-pasteurized for longevity and c) food tastings especially at holiday times which showcase prepared items via samplings. Same for wine. Holiday decor needs to be introduced for a cheerful touch. Staff has always been pleasant to me.

I ordered two subs from here. their bread are also fresh. We order subs to travel. It's always my go to meal for traveling on a plane. I never have issues when I buy my sibs. They always make it how I like it.

This place is terrible. The people behind the counter don't even look up when you arrive. No one greets or even acknowledges the customer. I used Harris Teeter at Colony Place for 20 years before moving to Mint Hill and the Colony Place pharmacy was wonderful, especially Wilson. The Mint Hill place is awful and I have transferred all my prescriptions across the street to Publix

Does anyone work at the pharmacy?!? I've been calling and absolutely nobody answers! It's 2:34 PM I know they're not on their lunch breaks. Other than that the store is usually clean and friendly workers.

Don't do your online grocery order here. They messed up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME! And most of the time, I get produce that's already going bad. How hard is it to shop for someone else's grocery. I order literally the SAME thing every time! It's like they need a class to graduate grocery shopping first before they should even provide online grocery pick up. Manager is rude and didn't apologize when they over charged me for an order that was DOUBLE the price of my grocery. My husband had to pick up grocery and didn't know. Another time, I was charged for express lane when I went inside to paid for my order. What a joke! Most employees have attitude there too. Doesn't surprise me with such a manager with that kind of personality. Where did these people come from? I only come here since it's the closest HT near me. Otherwise, bye, Felicia.

I got a coffee here and it spilled. they tried to charge me to make me a new coffee... because mine spilled completely on the floor? no thanks

Manager should focus on upkeep of the store. This is the front of the store customer service area with products, returns, etc all over the place. Manager of store should be held accountable for keeping the store looking orderly.

EXPIRED FOOD Make sure to check labels before you buy food. I was going to buy milk and they had ones that had expired over a week ago and i had to dig to the back to find one that was not expired. Other than that it's fine just be wary.

The same Debbie from the store left me this message! How unprofessional!!! Wow Yes I considered that someone can have a bad day- but 5 separate times- thats not a bad day! I also work with people in store- and no matter how bad my day is- I smile and say" hello, how are u? And have a great day! Because I know its my job! So if u dont like yours- u shouldn't be working there! Management please look into this lady calling me words like " moron" simply because I commented thats shes not doing her job
