Do you only hire miserable employees? Every employee here except a few seem like they hate life or hate their managers, but even the managers have pissed off faces. I get working in customer service can suck, but get over it. Going to Publix or Harris Teeter since they at least have self checkout and I don't have to deal with rude, miserable cashiers and stockers. Peace suckas!

Thus Food Lion is th3e best Food Lion in Mint Hill! Alex, Allison, Barbara and everyone else that works there have good old fashion Southern Customer Service skills! Chicken wing bar is good but the bag of 6 wings from the deli counter is better if fresh.

The customer service at the deli is awful. They are rude and give you dirty looks whenever you ask a question. Politely asked when they were putting more wings out, the lady rolled her eyes and said “she is doing it now”. The girl she was referring to also gave me a dirty look then took over 25 mins to put the wings out glaring at me the entire time. If you hate people you probably shouldn’t work in a customer service job. Everyone else in the store is friendly.

Ordered groceries on food lion to go they sent the shopper to this store which is not close to my home and their slicer in the deli is supposedly broken .not happy at all.not the shoppers fault

I came to this location on 05/19 and my cashier was Nancy an older lady who was flat out disrespectful.. we were waiting for her to stop gossiping about a customer TO a customer.. and was making comments about how nobody pays attention. We did not see a dividing stick and the customer infront of us had one item left. We started putting our stuff on the belt in the back and Nancy was not paying attention and started scanning our items with the customers order in-front of us. Nancy then went out of her way to tell us “there is a divider for a reason so this doesn’t happen” in the most ridiculous rude tone. We apologized and said that we didn’t see a divider she then proceeded to keep gossiping to the customer that people don’t pay attention. When the customer in front of us left Nancy did not speak to us and did not even tell us our total at the end she was constantly rolling her eyes during the whole transaction. Absolutely rude and disgusting for someone to be working in customer service she has absolutely zero respect.

This store has the worst customer service ever. I have always had a horrible experience at the DELI. They are always out of stuff and the food in the case goes bad and they don't swap it out. Also I asked for sandwich slices and she gave me shaved.

Lots of empty shelves in produce, what’s there is browning and clearly not fresh anymore. This has been the case last several trips. Guess it’s on to Harris Teeter.

Enjoy going to the Mint Hill location. Folks are friendly and store is clean. I must say, been going here over 20 yrs and I don't remember the shelves and freezers being so empty. Maybe it's just more people shopping, idk...
