Do not ever deal with Shawn Winters!! She would not let me draw my own hard earned money! She also denied a simple wire transfer! She is the worst person I have ever dealt with!!!!

Just terrible. I sumitted a request for a perosnal loan, a week past and heard nothing back. Called and left a voicemail message and finally had to drive back to the Mint Hill branch a week later. I was told that the loan was denied for the amount requested because of my debt ratio. So they ran my credit and i took a hit for something they should have told me before running a credit check. I will never go to this institution again and would not recommend it.

I have been banking with 5/3rd in Mint Hill for years and I just can't say enough about them. Their customer service is excellent and I can always count on them to help in any situation.

Kyle, assisted me today for well over 45 minutes if not an hour long it was absolutely outstanding experience. I will say this much Kyle and his associate Brandon were absolutely exceptional today. They did not rush me they were very patient with me and honest with me. If management sees this Kyle definitely needs to be recommended for assistant manager position. I will say close to the 14 million views that I have on Google Maps. The two reviews over the last week and today & restaurant have been the top reviews in the last 2 years of mine. Used them for yrs. Recently found out the hard way that they do not offer fraud protection for their checking accounts. Definitely "one of those" regional banks. Pulled my assets out immediately. AVOID!!!

If I could give NO STARS, I would! I’ve been a LONG time customer with Fifth Third and after calling the “social media” number from my last review I had to DOWNGRADE my stars. I pay a RIDICULOUS amount of interest on my equity line AND 65.00 a year in LOC(?) charges. I asked why the charge? Answer….” It’s in your contract. “Ok, can that be changed, wavered or lessened? NO. WHAT? NO? The high interest rate is where you make your money…. But go ahead and grab 65 more dollars from a good, long lasting and loyal customer. NO! It CAN BE WAVED, it CAN BE CHANGED, but I guess they want to lock there“customers” into that fee. Terrible terrible “customer service”…. I WILL be switching banks as soon I post this. Thanks for the loyalty Fifth Third!!!I may seriously look into one of these new credit card bank (online) setups….They’ll appreciate a loyal customer to make money from but NOT overcharge or penalize them.

Staff are great. Sometimes a bit of a wait for banker but the tellers are superb.
