Friendly staff, not sure why the reviews are so negative. They were fast and very friendly. Specifically all of the female staff in the pharmacy. I was in and out without a problem or any negative attitudes. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to use them.

Most companies rectify their errors. This location and CVS, at the locations I have visited, hold the customer accountable despite having record of the customer doing the right thing. There are better options out there for prescriptions. If you choose to shop at CVS, triple check your prescriptions before paying or you will be stuck with the bill for the errors. For CVS, please post your return policy in clear sight and ask customers to verify the prescriptions are correct before completing the transaction. Additionally, a little complaint management training might help your team to retain customers instead of infuriating them.

The people that work here are unbelievably rude! They even rolled their eyes at me because I asked them a question.

I've been going here for years, im disappointed. New staff. The lady is rude and stuck up, and the gentleman working today seemed like he really didn't care. Which, whatever other peoples attitudes dont typically bother me.\\nBut my daughter is in pain right now, can't get her medicine because they both were too lazy to reach out to her pediatrician.\\nI had to go up there twice. Doctor resent meds twice. I know for a fact if one of them would of picked up the phone and called I would of been able to get my daughters RX.\\nI work in Healthcare, i get that it gets busy. But when your dealing with peoples literal life, you do what you have to, to get things done for others. If that's too much hang up the coat and figure something else out.

First time using cvs app for coupons. The girl working on Sunday October 10 was literally the best customer service, sweetest demeanor I've ever met. She was patient and joyful with everyone. She was excited for my savings victory. A great experience.

Poor customer service; I waited 19 minutes on hold today to speak with someone from the pharmacy. The person answering the phone said I would need to call the doctors office to have them get back to them with an answer. I would not recommend using this pharmacy.

Finding a healthcare center that provides great communication with their clients and customers is important! So unfortunately being disappointed by this stores unfriendly and unprofessional staff was a setback. Thanks for the previous help but will no longer be returning!

It is like walking into the famous bar “Cheers”, where everyone knows your name! The staff are professional as well as quite knowledgeable of every item they carry as well as the location of the product in question!

t that I wanted a store credit for. When it was found she wrote down the product number and said she would meet me at checkout when I completed my shopping. She gave me a store credit in the amount of $36.00 which I would have lost if it wasn't for her efforts. I applied to my order along with some coupons. That being said; I just want to say that I'm 70 years old and a retired RN from NY that knows the importance of a nice attitude and good customer service. Many times today's young people get accused of many things including poor communication skills. Everything about 19 yo Amber proved these stereotypes to be wrong. She was kind and patient and went out of her way to help me. She has wonderful potential for advancement in CVS or anywhere and I would like her to see this and be recognized for it. This staff is a hard working, nice, and polite. Lindsey is one of the pharmacit's there and she goes above and beyond the call of duty. Always pleased with there service. Been getting my meds filled there for about 5 years now, don't plan on going ANYWHERE ELSE. Mandy

Slooow, I was here for an hour . Indian guy at the pharmacy is slow, rude and wouldn't accept my coupons even tho they were completely legit. Never going back
