Big bank for three people. Tried to get a Medallion signature done and was told I would have to call and make an appointment. Ok so I asked to talk to a representative about some accounts and I was told there was only one person that could help me and I would have to wait thirty minutes. This is a very large seemingly empty bank with three people working. Maybe Truist needs to re-think its carbon footprint.

Never had a problem with this bank. However, I do conduct my transactions within their guidelines so as not to create conflict. Have always been treated in a welcomed profession manner.My few emails or phone calls have always been answered promptly. Completely satisfied.

Very Bad Customer Service! Waited in the only drive-thru lane that said open. Waited in line 10-mins without it moving. Car behind me pulled into one of the lanes that were clearly not open. Customer said something that I couldn't clearly . The driver said something that I couldn't really hear. The teller inside clearly said, "no your fine", which meant they were taking transactions in the other lanes. Having not moved for 10-mins, I pulled around to do my transaction inside. I entered the lobby with no one in line. I saw an older teller in the drive-thru and two other tellers behind the counter. One teller was doing a transaction with another bank employee and the other was taking something to the drive-thru line. This teller came back to the counter and just sat there like she didn't see anyone standing in line. She could have at least acknowledged that I was there and said something like "we'll be right with you". After about 5-mins, the first teller finished her transaction and called me up. I asked her, "how many drive-thru lines were open"? Before she could say anything, the older lady in the teller line said they were all open. I said only one said open the others didn't say anything indicating that they were closed. The teller started arguing that fact that they were clearly open.. I'm not blind and can read, the other lines were clearly not open. I finished my transaction and drove around the back again and like before, only the first line said OPEN in green. Every time I have come to this branch over the last few years, they have been slow and seem like they really don't care about their customers! Our company is done doing business with this bank once our loan is paid off in the next few years!

never bank with truist. very inconvienent, difficult, complicated,confusing, annoying an just outright disrespectful. its almost as if they find pride in making you stress out. compared to any other bank you could choose, truist should be last. their mobile app is out of date, mobile deposits are never avalable in the time they are supposed to be and trying to fix or edit anything in general will take you over a day at a minimum. Truist just needs to do better, wells fargo will always be on top ??

Trying to call and talk to someone, good luck. Leave a message for them to call you back, good luck with that. Sent money with zelle. My son and I went in to branch earlier that day. My zelle was pending 1-2 days. I was can you cancel it. She couldn't. 2 days later they took it out of my account but didn't send to my son. I had to call Truist 800# get bounced around. Verify myself twice with even more questions before getting my money back. I am so over Suntrust/Truist.

Went for an auto loan since the car dealer recommended them. Unfortunately the vehicle was 11yrs old and they don't do auto loans over 10yrs which most don't so understandable. The 1 star review is based on the bank employee trying to talk me into a home equity line of credit to buy a car.. really? A 15yr loan for an 11yr old vehicle.. against my home none the less?? Makes me wonder how many people have been screwed by this place that don't quite understand loans and how they work. Luckily I'm very in tune with loans aprs and have a credit score of 840 so took my business elsewhere where banks don't give you horrible loans you have no business getting. They must prey on the desperate..

My aunt and I went into this branch to open a bank account for a trust. The man that we spoke to was obviously trying to get rid of us on a Friday afternoon, so he told us completely wrong information about who the trustees were. I told him that I had an email from an attorney who had consulted with three other attorneys on this and they disagreed with him. He would not listen and dismissed us saying that he couldn’t even speak to us about it. (I have since opened an account with Bank of America for this trust.) I don’t know about the other people in this branch, but this man left a terrible impression and I would never go back.

Messed things up by putting the deposit into a wrong account. It takes time to go back and correct it and for the balance to transfer to the right account.

This place is absolutely absurd. Don't ever work with a lender by the name of Kelvin Fernandez. Your home won't close on time (had to change the closing date 3 TIMES) all due to the fact that he sat on a loan and had it go to underwriting and decided to ask for more documents at the last second causing us to move the date AGAIN. While at the closing table funds were messed up (by the lender) and the buyer had to run out to get another certified check. It's been a mess. Called the branch to speak with a branch manager, and no one answers the phone. How is this place even still in business?! Avoid it, or suffer the consequences.

There are two people at the counter who are so condescending. The older gent treats men and women very differently. I usually try to go to a different location when having to go the bank because of how rude staff here is.

The service , especially at the drive thru has really gotten slow.Also this morning there were one vehicle in front of me when I drove up and sent the box in , they processed two customers in the other lane that drove up after me. I hit the call button and asked how are you processing the order of priorities? She mumbled something while I was still talking. have no idea what she said. The time they take to process a request is way too long, even for a small transaction . Not long back I had to come inside to get a simple matter taken care of , because the teller was so confused she didn't know what she was doing. Thinking about taking my banking elsewhere.
