“If you are new to Charlotte or you need your vehicle worked on this is the only place I trust. I have gone here for over 15 years. They are a small place with that old time feel. So kind and considerate of your time. They only fix what needs fixed. I thought my power steering pump went out. I took my SUV to Josh and I had a new pump in the car for it to be replaced. All it ended up being was some little modular thingy. These guys are honest. They know how to treat ladies and gentlemen. No one else in the area comes close to the excellent service you will get here. No lies, no rip offs and you are treated like family and they are very reasonably priced mechanics and professional. I will be going there another 15 years cuz this is the best auto shop repair in the Charlotte area. Thank you Josh. You are the best.”

I usually drop my car off and then walk over to the library or dollar store or something else nearby because I super hate waiting, even if it's just the 15 minutes for them to do the inspection and then I get a nice walk in. When I come back, I pay and leave. They don't try to upsale me or anything. I go here every year.”
