Went for oil change and inspection. Person managing desk was sitting in customer area and after I stood there for a few minutes she said ‘you came at a bad time, I’m eating my biscuit…what do you need?’ I told her and then she continued to sit there for ten minutes finishing her biscuit. Meanwhile there were workers there standing at bays (waiting on work who clearly had no idea work was there). Then she gets on the phone cancelled her doctors appointment but needed them to call in Singular rx. She then came back to sit down in customer area complaining to other customers how SHE has bad google reviews….how she has a Masters in Education. Well, thank goodness she’s not in teaching kids work ethic or customer service. After being there for 25 minutes and no one besides her knowing why I was there, I left and was immediately serviced down the street at Vavoline. I’d prefer to go local but this place (or more specifically this worker…since learned this was an OWNER, come on-do better) makes it really hard. Sad to say, you’ve lost my business….and that of the five other cars in my household.

Went in to check price on swapping out brake pads. I directly asked owner lady how much. She immediately asked with a sad face "is that all you need done?" I stated that my steering wheel is slightly tilted and could use an adjustment. She told mechanic to pull it in to check if car was alignable. Once in the shop I told mechanic she still has not given price for brakes. The mechanic gave estimate price and I asked to hold off and let's see about steering. Once steering was checked he said it was alignable. I said I was not prepared time wise to do today let's schedule the alignment.
Went back into the office to set up day to align the tires. She said are you paying cash or card. I asked for what and she said 1/4 hr diagnostic fee that will be $43. I asked are you charging me to tell me whether you can align it or not? "Sir! I have $300000 in diagnostic equipment and $100000 worth of tools and my guys work on commission." I said "Smith Family Tire doesn't charge a fee" she said I should have went there. When I said I would have if I had been made aware of a fee, she shoved my money back I to my hand and stated yelling for me to get out and not come back that she did not want my business.

The worst experience I have ever had an any shop in my wife. The lady that owns it is a complete psychopath. They hire mechanics who are not qualified to work on a kids tricycle. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this shop at all cost terrible experience dealing with these idiots.

If u could give 0 stars I would, the "owner" was super rude, I was sitting quietly looking around when I accidentally made eye contact with her, pretty sure she has anger issues or is just insecure or something but she starts yelling at me saying I was giving her a stink eye. Made me very sad because my eyes are not stinky, I actually ended up walking out, going home and washed my eyes out with saline water ?

Called a couple of times to get a quote for tired hung up on me and was very rude and very short tempered for no reason I wouldn’t recommend coming here as the owner attitude is very unprofessional

The supposed "Owner" of this establishment is rude. She had an attitude the entire time I was there trying to get a quote for my car. I had been told to wait in the lobby as she finished up. As I was waiting, I picked up a toy provided by the shop, I turned it on, and that seemed to frustrate the lady, she demanded I stopped, I asked why do they have these toys out if they cannot stand hearing them? She called me a 2 year old, I told her to have a nice day, and told her she was being rude, she yelled at me the entire time as I was walking out the door. Mind you, I was being compliant the entire time as I was suffering through her attitude, I had given this lady no reason to be such a jerk to me.

I went with my girlfriend to get a quote on her Subaru brz for 3 new wheel bearings as her’s have gone bad, and the lady who is apparently the owner had given us the worst attitude the entire time.
We were told to sit down and wait while she had gotten the prices, and while me and my girlfriend were waiting, we used a toy that was provided by the shop which had minimal noise, and was told to stop using the toy as it was making her mad.
We decided to get up and leave and tell her to have a nice day, and she had lost it and started yelling at us to leave and marched our way to get us out the door.
We left and will never be coming back, I recommend to not use this mechanic shop as they have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced…

Good price, but they over torqued and cross threaded my lugs and nuts. Currently on the garage floor enjoying 3 stud replacements because they didn’t use a torque wrench.
Do not recommend.
Update: so tight 2 of my breaker bars broke, along with a 3/8 adapter for a larger bar. It took hundreds of pounds of torque to remove these, and I ended with 2 studs that had to be broken, even after applying the torch to heat the lugs.

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would! Went to get my car fixed and was racially profiled by the who I’m assuming is the owner. Asked me information about myself I had already given to them prior to booking an appointment and she used the information to call and report me to DSS. I came early in the morning and my son was still asleep, he’s a night owl but I really don’t have to explain this to anyone. This lady had the audacity to call DSS and tell them my child must be drugged/high because he was very lethargic and slept through our time there. I’m just shocked, you could have refused service but no you took my $400 and stabbed me in the back with a dss report in a county I don’t even live in.
