Edit in response to the owner's comment: This is exactly what I mean.. Your words sound nice but they're clearly not genuine. In what way did you address any of the concerns I stated? Why can't you tell the price of a simple vaccine? You say you would like to start again, like in another bad review of your staff when you asked that reviewer to reconcile with you, but you never provide any means to do so. It's all PR. What I said does represent who you are because it's YOUR policies. I would warn people to beware: The most convincing salesman is the one who sounds the nicest and acts the friendliest.. and gets you to spend 3x the price because of it. Animals aren't objects and the quality of care is most important but a vaccine is a vaccine, generally speaking, and there's no reason whatsoever to hide the price of that except to take advantage of people.
Wow. I would never trust this vet. I was literally told by a rude receptionist that she is "not allowed to give out prices" when asking about the price of vaccines. It's a rabies vaccine! You can't tell what your price is on that? No other vet that I've ever encountered has tried to hide their vaccine prices.. and when I tried to ask why, I was just met with long silence and finally a snarky "is that all you needed today?" You can bet that means they are up-charging like crazy and taking advantage of people.
This is how you can tell the difference between vets who care and vets who only are in it to make money. That receptionist is absolutely awful and obviously the vet/owner has directed her to be deceptive. If you can't even be transparent with a simple vaccine price, God only knows how you'd swindle someone for a surgery or something like that. And to think the owner tries to portray himself as some godly man.. his untrustworthy policies and rude staff say otherwise. But unfortunately you have to be careful of insincere people who will try to talk about God and religion as some sort of selling point because they know there are people in these areas who automatically favor a "Christian"-run business.

We are so very pleased with Vista Falls Vet for our labradoodle. Dr. Emory and team take pride in educating pet owners on any issues to ensure the pet’s well being. I appreciated their follow up after medical procedure to check in to make sure our dog is doing well. Customer service is top notch. This vet team really cares!

Dr Emery and the entire staff at Vista Falls Animal Hospital are incredible! They are professional, detail oriented, kind, patient, and sympathetic when I arrived with my very sick dog, Max. They took time to comfort Max as well as answer all of my questions about the testing and treatment plan that was necessary. Dr Emery went above and beyond researching the best way to treat Max. From the staff at the front desk, the doctors, the nurses, to the technicians, everyone treated us with kindness and respect. The best vet in WNC!

Clean, comfortable and welcoming veterinary office/hospital. Appointments always run on time and the vet technicians are well trained and kind. Dr. CJ was awesome!

This is easily the best veterinary hospital we have experienced. Dr. Dabiero is extremely knowledgeable and listens carefully to your questions. Enthusiastically recommended!

Always a great experience at Vista Falls! We had to bring in one of our cats urgently and was squeezed in, even though they had a busy schedule. Although we have seen both Drs. and are both awesome, Dr. Emery was there today and called us as soon as he was able to see her with his busy schedule. You can truly feel his thoughtfulness and care through the phone, which is very reassuring. Updated us throughout the day, and even let our other cat stay with her while she was getting X-rays/ work done. That meant a lot to me. Would recommend Vista Falls to anyone and I’m glad we have found a great vet home for our kitties!

My two cats were so happy to have this calm room to wait in before treatment. They get very stressed with strangers and dogs. The staff was wonderful.

We love Vista falls! We have a dog who has severe anxiety and they helped us find a behaviorist and they accomodate the routine we have to do for him to cope! We love Dr. E and his staff.

Dr. Dabiero is incredible. He was able to diagnose our pup's heart failure quickly and put her on med's to manage her condition. That's the most important, but there are a few other things that we found impressive - He is so darn smart! He takes time to explain things. He's calm and warmhearted - perfect for pet owners who enter the practice worried. We drive over an hour to see Dabiero and wouldn't go anywhere else. Make an appointment with Dr. D and you will be just as impressed as we are!
